FLY ASH COMPOSITION FOR PREPARING A LIGHT-WEIGHT MOLDED FOAM ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A LIGHT-WEIGHT MOLDED FOAM ARTICLE USING THEM AND A LIGHT-WEIGHT MOLDED FOAM ARTICLE MADE THEREBY
The present invention is to provide a lightweight foam molded body and, more particularly, to a composition including fly ash for manufacturing a porous lightweight foam molded body. Disclosed is a composition for manufacturing a fly ash lightweight foam molded body, with respect to 100 parts by weight of a mixture including 50-80 wt% of fly ash and 20-50 wt% of alkali silicate, including 4-8 parts by weight of alkali hydroxide, 1-5 parts by weight of acid, 1-5 parts by weight of a strength reinforcement, and 1-10 parts by weight of water. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a porous lightweight foam molded body using the composition and the foam molded body and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a lightweight foam molded body using porous fly ash having excellent high strength, high heat resistance, heat insulation properties, and sound absorption properties.
본 발명은 경량 발포성형체를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 다공성 경량 발포성형체를 제조하기 위한 플라이애시를 포함하는 조성물로, 플라이애시 50~80중량%와 알칼리규산염 20~50중량%로 구성된 혼합물 100중량부에 대하여, 알칼리수산화물 4~8중량부, 산 1~5중량부, 강도보강재 1~5중량부 및 물 1~10중량부를 포함하여 구성되는 플라이애시 경량 발포성형체 제조용 조성물이 개시되고, 상기 조성물을 이용한 다공성 경량 발포성형체의 제조방법 및 그 발포성형체에 관한 것으로, 특히 고강도, 고내열성, 단열성 및 흡음성이 우수한 다공성 플라이애시를 사용한 경량 발포성형체의 제조방법 및 그 발포성형체에 관한 것이 개시된다.
