The present invention relates to a method for producing a foamed article using bottom ash as a main ingredient. The present invention further relates to a foamed article produced by the production method. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a foamed article, comprising the following steps: mixing bottom ash with a solid-state solidifying agent; additionally mixing a liquid additive; pouring the same into a silicone mold made of silicone and then curing the same for 10-30 minutes; demolding the same; and drying the same by heat treatment in a heat dryer.
본 발명은 바텀애시를 주 원료로 하여 발포성형체를 제조하는 방법과 그 제조방법으로 제조된 발포성형체에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는, 바텀애시에 고체형태의 고상고화제를 혼합한 뒤, 액상첨가제를 추가 혼합하여 실리콘으로 이루어진 실리콘 몰드에 부어 10 내지 30분 동안 경화하고, 탈형하여 열 건조기에서 열처리하여 건조함으로써 발포성형체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
