The present invention relates to a Lego type precast concrete house. According to the present invention, a lower structure including open upper and lower parts is placed at fixed intervals in the upper part of a support structure constructed of concrete. A vertical connection unit, a horizontal connection unit, and left and right horizontal connection units form a lower floor body construction member horizontally embedded in the lower structure, and a lower reinforcing bar and an upper reinforcing bar are connected by the vertical connection unit, the horizontal connection unit, and the right and left horizontal connection unit so that a lower floor body is continuously constructed as the concrete is placed in the lower floor body. Sufficient vertical strength of an upper structure, a lower structure, and a support structure is maintained so that the upper and lower structures and the support structure are connected in a multilayer structure by a lamination support device vertically embedded at a corner area after the upper structure with a same structure is placed on the upper part of the low structure. An upper floor body is placed on an upper floor body construction member embedded in the upper structure, and a middle corridor ceiling structure is constructed as the concrete is placed thereon. Upper finishing concrete is finished in the upper part of the upper structure so that PC house is constructed. Therefore, the prefabricated PC house has excellent constructability and sufficiently endures vibration and earthquake which are weaknesses of the prefabricated PC house. The PC house can be constructed at low costs and, therefore, is economically efficient.
본 발명은 레고형 PC 하우스에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 콘크리트로 제작된 받침구조물 상부에, 상하부가 개방된 하부구조물을 적정간격으로 올려놓고, 하부구조물에 수평으로 매설되는 하부바닥체시공부재를 구성하는 수직체결구, 수평체결구 및 좌,우측 수평체결구를 통해 하부보강철근 및 상부보강철근을 연결하여 하부바닥체를 타설 연결하고, 하부구조물 상부에 동일 구조의 상부구조물을 올려놓고 모서리 영역에 수직으로 매설된 적층지지장치로써 받침구조물과 하부구조물 및 상부구조물의 수직강도를 충분히 유지하여 다층구조로 연결시공하며, 상부구조물에 매설된 상부바닥체시공부재에 상부바닥체를 타설하고, 중간복도천정구조체를 타설 시공하며, 상부구조물 상부에 상단마감콘크리트를 마감하여 PC 하우스를 시공함으로써, 시공성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 조립식 PC 하우스의 취약점인 지진, 진동에 충분히 견딜 수 있으며, 저렴한 비용으로 시공할 수 있어 경제적으로 유익한 효과가 제공된다.
The present invention relates to a Lego type precast concrete house. According to the present invention, a lower structure including open upper and lower parts is placed at fixed intervals in the upper part of a support structure constructed of concrete. A vertical connection unit, a horizontal connection unit, and left and right horizontal connection units form a lower floor body construction member horizontally embedded in the lower structure, and a lower reinforcing bar and an upper reinforcing bar are connected by the vertical connection unit, the horizontal connection unit, and the right and left horizontal connection unit so that a lower floor body is continuously constructed as the concrete is placed in the lower floor body. Sufficient vertical strength of an upper structure, a lower structure, and a support structure is maintained so that the upper and lower structures and the support structure are connected in a multilayer structure by a lamination support device vertically embedded at a corner area after the upper structure with a same structure is placed on the upper part of the low structure.
