본 발명은 세탁기용 도어락 장치에 관한 것으로, 일측면이 개방되어 내부에 수용공간이 형성되고, 후크(1)가 삽입되도록 수용공간과 연통되는 삽입구(11)가 형성되는 본체(10)와; 본체(10)의 개방된 일측면을 커버하는 커버(20)와; 본체(10)의 수용공간에 탄성스프링(S)에 의해 탄성 지지되도록 설치되는 승강블록(30)과; 승강블록(30)에 회전 동작 가능하게 설치되어 삽입구(11)를 통해 삽입되는 후크(1)를 고정 또는 해제하는 락커(40)와; 본체(10)의 수용공간에 설치되어 슬라이딩 동작에 의해 승강블록(30)의 승강 동작을 고정 또는 해제하는 슬라이딩바(50)와; 본체(10)의 수용공간에 설치되며 슬라이딩바(50)와 일단이 연결되어 슬라이딩바(50)를 슬라이딩 동작시키는 솔레노이드(60) 및; 솔레노이드(60)에 전원을 인가하는 전원공급부(70)로 이루어지되, 슬라이딩바(50)가 슬라이딩 동작되어 승강블록(30)과 선택적으로 서로 접촉될 때, 서로 접촉되는 승강블록(30)과 슬라이딩바(50)의 접촉면에는 각각 서로 대응되도록 경사지게 형성되고, 이와 같은 구성으로 인해 본 발명은 세탁기의 종류에 따라 도어락 장치를 따로 제조하지 않고도 세탁기 도어의 잠금 및 해제 동작의 정확성이 담보된다.
The present invention relates to a door lock for a washing machine, comprising: a main frame (10) whose one side surface is opened to have an accommodating space inside and which has an inserting hole (11) connected to the accommodating space for a hook (1) to be inserted; a cover (20) to cover the open side surface of the main frame (10); a rising / falling block (30) installed in the accommodating space of the main frame (10) to be elastically supported by an elastic spring (S); a locker (40) installed on the rising / falling block (30) to be able to rotate and to fixate or release the hook (1) inserted through the inserting hole (11); a sliding bar (50) installed in the accommodating space of the main frame (10) to fixate or release the rising / falling motion of the rising / falling block (30) by a sliding motion; a solenoid (60) installed in the accommodating space of the main frame (10), whose one end is connected to the sliding bar (50) to make the sliding bar (50) slide; and a power supply unit (70) to apply power to the solenoid (60). When the sliding bar (50) is made to slide by selectively contacting the rising / falling block (30), the contacting surface between the rising / falling block (30) and the sliding bar (50), which are in contact, is formed to be inclined for the rising / falling block (30) and the sliding bar (50) to correspond to each other. Accordingly, the present invention can secure accuracy in locking and releasing the door of a washing machine even without separately manufacturing a door lock in accordance with the type of washing machine.
