FILLER FOR TAPPING HOLE CHARGED OF BLAST FURNACE AND THIS METHOD
Provided are a filler for filling a tapping hole of a blast furnace and a filling method using the same, which can effectively perform closing work of a tapping hole by preventing damage to a brick and a cable from being leaked due to erosion of the filler by simply inserting the filler which is compressed and formed into a tapping hole of a blast furnace. The filler comprises: a pipe inserted into a carbon stamping material of powder to form a frame of a filling material inputted into the inside of a tapping hole; and a cylindrical charging object formed by compressing and forming the carbon stamping material arranged in the inside and the outside of the pipe.
압축 성형된 충진재를 고로의 출선구에 간편하게 삽입함으로써 충진재의 침식으로 인한 연와의 손상 및 유선의 누출을 방지하여 출선구의 폐쇄작업을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록, 출선구 내부에 투입되는 충진물의 뼈대를 이루기 위해 분말의 카본 스템핑재에 삽입되는 파이프; 및 상기 파이프의 내부와 외부에 배치된 카본 스템핑재를 압축 성형하여 이루어지는 원통형의 충전물을 포함하는 고로 출선구 충전용 충진재 및 이를 이용한 충진방법을 제공한다.
