INORGANIC POWDER COATING WATERPROOF AGENT
The present invention provides an inorganic powder coating waterproof agent improved in inner aperture generation, insect resistance, oxidation resistance, anticorrosion, crack resistance, absorbency, water permeability, freezing tolerance, and aging resistance during waterproof construction. The inorganic powder coating waterproof agent includes: a main component formed of 50 to 60 parts by weight of Portland cement, 40 to 50 parts by weight of artificial silica sand, 25 to 30 parts by weight of acrylate copolymer, 10 to 15 parts by weight of silica fume, and 5 to 10 parts by weight of ethylene/vinyl laurate/vinyl chloride terpolymer; an aperture generation-preventing agent formed by mixing 40 to 50 parts by weight of sodium silicate, 40 to 50 parts by weight of aluminum silicate, and 15 to 35 parts by weight of sodium hydroxide; an insect resistant agent of isoprene (C_5H_8) polymer, which is formed by mixing one or at least two of monoterpene (C_10H_16), sesquiterpene (C_15H_24), and diterpene (C_20H_32); and an oxidation resistant agent formed of dilauryl thiodipropionate. The mixture ratio of main component : aperture generation-preventing agent : insect resistant agent : oxidation resistant agent is 100 parts by weight : 5-10 parts by weight : 5-7 parts by weight : 2-4 parts by weight.
본 발명은 방수 시공시 내공극발생성, 방충성, 내산화성, 방식성, 내균열성, 흡수성, 투수성, 내동결성 및 내노화성이 향상된 무기질 분말 도포 방수제를 제공한다. 그 무기질 분말 도포 방수제는 50 내지 60중량부의 포틀랜드 시멘트, 40 내지 50중량부의 인조규사, 25 내지 30중량부의 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 10 내지 15중량부의 실리카흄 및 5 내지 10중량부의 에틸렌/비닐라우레이트/비닐클로라이드 삼원 공중합체로 이루어진 주제부; 40 내지 50 중량부의 규산소다, 40 내지 50 중량부의 규산알루미늄 및 15 내지 35 중량부의 수산화나트륨이 혼합되어 형성되는 공극 생성 방지제; 이소프렌(isoprene ; C5H8 )의 중합체로서, 모노테르펜(C10H16), 세스키(sesqui)테르펜(C15 H24 ), 디테르펜(C20H32) 중 하나 또는 2 이상을 혼합하여 형성된 방충재; 및 디라우릴 티오디프로피오네이트(dilauryl thiodipropionate)로 형성된 산화방지제를 포함하며: 상기 주제부 : 공극 생성 방지제 : 방충제 : 산화방지제의 혼합비는 100 중량부: 5 ~ 10 중량부: 5 ~ 7 중량부: 2 ~ 4 중량부이다.
