ROTARY DUST SEPARATOR EQUIPPED WITH ELASTIC RAKE
The present invention relates to a rake device for a dust separator and, more specifically, to a rake device installed in a lifting chain moving in a dust separator removing sludge or floating matters of sewage and removing the floating matters or the sludge corrected in multiple circular screen bars installed in the dust separator. The rake device for a dust separator comprises: a base panel connected to the lifting chain and having a connection hole; a fixing frame having an operating space on the inner side of the base panel and comprising a division bar installed on one side of the base panel to have an operating unit, and a finishing bar formed on both ends of the division bar; a finishing cover fixed by covering the fixing fame and having a through hole; a pressing block comprising a body having an operating hole inserted into the operating unit to be moved, and a pressing bar having a collection groove in which the screen bar is inserted; an elastic spring pressing the pressing block by being arranged in the operating space; and a fixing bolt passing through the through hole and the operating hole and connected to the connection hole. As the pressing block moves while pressing the screen bar collecting the sewage by elasticity of the elastic spring, the sewage is divided. Therefore, the rake device improves division efficiency. As the pressing block is formed of mono cast (MC) nylon, the rake device improves wear resistance and durability. Therefore, the rake device can reduce maintenance costs by reducing abrasion of the screen bar.
본 발명은 제진기용 레이크 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 하수의 부유물이나 슬러지를 제거하는 제진기에 이동되는 인양체인에 설치되어, 제진기에 설치되는 다수의 원형 스크린바에 수집된 부유물이나 슬러지를 제거하도록 구성된 레이크 장치로서, 상기 인양체인에 연결되고 체결공이 형성된 베이스패널과, 상기 베이스패널의 내측에 작동공간이 형성되고, 일측에 작동구가 마련되도록, 상기 베이스패널의 일면에 배치되는 분할바와 상기 분할바의 양단부에 형성되는 마감바로 이루어진 고정틀과, 상기 고정틀을 덮으면서 고정되며, 관통공이 형성된 마감 커버과, 상기 작동구에 이동되게 끼움되는 작동홀이 형성된 몸체와 상기 몸체의 일측에 일체로 형성되며, 상기 스크린바가 끼움되도록 수거홈이 형성된 가압바로 이루어진 가압 블럭과, 상기 작동공간에 배치되어 상기 가압 블럭을 가압하는 탄성 스프링과, 상기 관통공 및 상기 작동홀을 관통하여 상기 체결공에 체결되는 고정볼트로 이루어져, 탄성 스프링의 탄성에 의해 가압 블럭이 오물이 수거되는 스크린바를 가압하면서 이동되어 오물이 분리되도록 함으로써 분리효율을 높이고, 가압 블럭을 MC(Mono Cast)나일론으로 형성시켜 내모성과 내구성이 향상되어 스크린바와의 마찰에 의한 마모발생이 적어 유지보수비용이 절감되는 효과가 있다.
ROTARY DUST SEPARATOR EQUIPPED WITH ELASTIC RAKE
The present invention relates to a rake device for a dust separator and, more specifically, to a rake device installed in a lifting chain moving in a dust separator removing sludge or floating matters of sewage and removing the floating matters or the sludge corrected in multiple circular screen bars installed in the dust separator. The rake device for a dust separator comprises: a base panel connected to the lifting chain and having a connection hole; a fixing frame having an operating space on the inner side of the base panel and comprising a division bar installed on one side of the base panel to have an operating unit, and a finishing bar formed on both ends of the division bar; a finishing cover fixed by covering the fixing fame and having a through hole; a pressing block comprising a body having an operating hole inserted into the operating unit to be moved, and a pressing bar having a collection groove in which the screen bar is inserted; an elastic spring pressing the pressing block by being arranged in the operating space; and a fixing bolt passing through the through hole and the operating hole and connected to the connection hole. As the pressing block moves while pressing the screen bar collecting the sewage by elasticity of the elastic spring, the sewage is divided. Therefore, the rake device improves division efficiency. As the pressing block is formed of mono cast (MC) nylon, the rake device improves wear resistance and durability. Therefore, the rake device can reduce maintenance costs by reducing abrasion of the screen bar.
본 발명은 제진기용 레이크 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 하수의 부유물이나 슬러지를 제거하는 제진기에 이동되는 인양체인에 설치되어, 제진기에 설치되는 다수의 원형 스크린바에 수집된 부유물이나 슬러지를 제거하도록 구성된 레이크 장치로서, 상기 인양체인에 연결되고 체결공이 형성된 베이스패널과, 상기 베이스패널의 내측에 작동공간이 형성되고, 일측에 작동구가 마련되도록, 상기 베이스패널의 일면에 배치되는 분할바와 상기 분할바의 양단부에 형성되는 마감바로 이루어진 고정틀과, 상기 고정틀을 덮으면서 고정되며, 관통공이 형성된 마감 커버과, 상기 작동구에 이동되게 끼움되는 작동홀이 형성된 몸체와 상기 몸체의 일측에 일체로 형성되며, 상기 스크린바가 끼움되도록 수거홈이 형성된 가압바로 이루어진 가압 블럭과, 상기 작동공간에 배치되어 상기 가압 블럭을 가압하는 탄성 스프링과, 상기 관통공 및 상기 작동홀을 관통하여 상기 체결공에 체결되는 고정볼트로 이루어져, 탄성 스프링의 탄성에 의해 가압 블럭이 오물이 수거되는 스크린바를 가압하면서 이동되어 오물이 분리되도록 함으로써 분리효율을 높이고, 가압 블럭을 MC(Mono Cast)나일론으로 형성시켜 내모성과 내구성이 향상되어 스크린바와의 마찰에 의한 마모발생이 적어 유지보수비용이 절감되는 효과가 있다.
