Foreign object removal equipment for rake of dust separator and dust separator comprising the same
The present invention relates to a foreign object removal device for a rake of a dust separator and a dust separator comprising the same and, more specifically, to a foreign object removal device for removing a foreign object which cannot be freely dropped by its own weight from a rake by being installed on a dust separator. The present invention comprises: a pair of fixed units having a bearing part; a rotating shaft part connecting the bearing part of the fixed unit to be rotatably fastened and provided with fixing flanges; a foreign object removal part coupled to a rotating shaft and removing the foreign object of the rake; and an elastic return means for returning the rotating shaft part and the foreign object removal part rotated by the rake moved along a track chain of the dust separator. The foreign object removal device for a rake of a dust separator according to the present invention is installed in the dust separator for removing impurities of sewage and effectively separates the impurities from the rake for collecting and transporting the impurities caught on a screen. The impurities can be prevented from entering the sewage again when the impurities are stuck to the rake and not separated by their own weight. The present invention prevents the screen or the rake from being broken by the load caused by the accumulated impurities that enter the sewage again.
본 발명은 제진기 레이크용 이물질 제거장치 및 이를 포함하는 제진기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 제진기에 설치되어 자중에 의해 자유낙하하지 못한 이물질을 레이크에서 제거하는 이물질 제거장치로서, 베어링부를 갖는 한쌍의 고정유닛; 상기 고정유닛의 베어링부를 연결함과 아울러 회전되게 체결되고, 고정플랜지들이 마련된 회전축부; 상기 회전축에 체결되어, 상기 레이크의 이물질을 제거하는 이물질제거부; 및 상기 제진기의 궤도체인을 따라 이동되는 레이크에 의해 회전된 상기 회전축부와 상기 이물질제거부를 복귀시키는 탄성복귀수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제진기 레이크용 이물질 제거장치를 제공한다. 본 발명인 제진기 레이크용 이물질 제거장치는 하수의 협잡물을 제거하는 제진기에 설치되어, 스크린에 걸림된 협잡물을 수거하여 이송하는 레이크에서 효율적으로 협잡물을 분리시킴으로써, 협잡물이 레이크에 달라붙어 자중에 의해 분리되지 않은 상태로 재차 하수에 유입되는 것을 방지하게 되고, 재차 하수로 유입되어 쌓인 협잡물로 인한 부하로 인해 스크린 또는 레이크가 파손되는 것을 방지하게 되는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a foreign object removal device for a rake of a dust separator and a dust separator comprising the same and, more specifically, to a foreign object removal device for removing a foreign object which cannot be freely dropped by its own weight from a rake by being installed on a dust separator.
