REPAIR MORTAR COMPOSITION COMPRISING HYBRID FIBER AND REPAIRING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention provides a repair mortar composition including a hybrid fiber in which a carbon fiber and a natural fiber are mixed by including cement and silica sand, an expansion agent, a VAE powdered resin, an admixture, and a thickener to effectively repair and reinforce a degraded region of a concrete structure, and having excellent durability of repair mortar by including a hybrid fiber in which a carbon fiber and a natural fiber are mixed by including mortar for repair construction of a concrete structure. In addition, provided is a repair method using the repair mortar composition including the hybrid fiber comprising the steps of: manufacturing a repair mortar composition by mixing 40-43 parts by weight of cement, 53-55 parts by weight of silica sand, 2.0-2.1 parts by weight of an expansion agent, 0.5-1.0 parts by weight of a VAE powdered resin, 1.6-1.7 parts by weight of an admixture, 0.03-0.05 parts by weight of a thickener, and 0.07-0.09 parts by weight of a hybrid fiber; pre-treating by shredding and chipping a degraded construction target region of the concrete structure; coating the construction target region of the concrete structure with an enhanced adhesion primer; constructing to repair a cross section by filling the construction target region of the concrete structure with the manufactured repair mortar composition; and coating a repair construction region of the concrete structure with a neutralizing surface protectant.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 보수시공을 위한 모르타르에 탄소섬유 및 천연섬유가 혼합된 하이브리드 섬유를 포함 조성하여 보수 모르타르의 내구성이 우수하며 콘크리트 구조물의 열화된 부위를 효과적으로 보수보강함을 제공하도록, 시멘트 및 규사와, 팽창재, VAE분말수지, 혼화재 및 증점제와, 탄소섬유 및 천연섬유가 혼합된 하이브리드 섬유를 포함하는 하이브리드 섬유를 포함한 보수 모르타르 조성물을 제공하고, 시멘트 40~43중량부, 규사 53~55중량부, 팽창재 2.0~2.1중량부, VAE분말수지 0.5~1.0중량부, 혼화재 1.6~1.7중량부, 증점제 0.03~0.05중량부, 하이브리드 섬유 0.07~0.09중량부를 혼합하여 보수 모르타르 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 콘크리트 구조물의 열화된 시공대상부위를 파쇄 및 치핑하여 전처리하는 단계; 콘크리트 구조물의 시공대상부위에 접착강화 프라이머를 도포하는 단계; 상기 제조된 보수 모르타르 조성물을 콘크리트 구조물의 시공대상부위에 충전하여 단면을 복구토록 시공하는 단계; 콘크리트 구조물의 보수시공부위에 중성화 표면보호제를 도포하는 단계;를 포함하는 하이브리드 섬유를 포함한 보수 모르타르 조성물을 이용한 보수공법을 제공한다.
