GUARDRAIL APPARATUS REINFORCED SHOCK ABSORBING STRUCTURE
According to the present invention, a guardrail apparatus with a reinforced shock-absorbing structure comprises: a plurality of post members formed in a circular or a polygonal container shape, separated from each other, arranged at regular intervals, and buried underground or fixed on the ground; and a plurality of guardrails disposed lengthwise on front surfaces of the post members across the post members. The guardrail comprises: a mounting plate mounted on the post members; and a transverse shock-absorbing unit formed convexly towards the front from the mounting plate, and integrated into the mounting plate in a longitudinal direction of the mounting plate. Accordingly, an external force of an impact is always applied in a direction perpendicular to the guardrails regardless of a vehicle collision point to maximize a shock-absorbing effect and strengthen visibility regardless of a moving direction of a vehicle to prevent an accident.
본 발명에 따른 완충구조가 강화된 가드레일장치는: 원통형 또는 다각형 통 형태로 이루어지며, 상호 일정간격으로 이격 배치되게 지하에 매설되거나 지면에 고정된 복수의 지주부재; 및, 상기 복수의 지주부재의 전면에서 상기 복수의 지주부재를 가로지르도록 길게 구비된 가드레일(guardrail);을 포함하고, 상기 가드레일은, 상기 지주부재에 결합되는 결합플레이트와, 상기 결합플레이트로부터 전방을 향해 볼록하게 형성되도록 상기 결합플레이트의 길이방향을 따라 상기 결합플레이트에 일체로 형성된 횡간 완충부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 차량이 충돌되는 지점에 상관없이 충격 외력이 항상 가드레일에 수직방향으로 작용 되도록 함으로써, 충격 완충 효과가 극대화되도록 함과 동시에 차량의 진행방향에 상관없이 시인성이 강화되어 사고를 미연에 예방하도록 할 수 있는 완충구조가 강화된 가드레일장치를 제공할 수 있다.
