GUARDRAIL HAVING PROTECTION STRUCTURE AND SHOCK ABSORBING
The present invention relates to a guardrail having a shock-absorbing protection structure which simplifies components of a guardrail having a protection structure and has an improved absorption capability for a shock generated during a vehicle collision by the coupling structure between a shock-absorbing roller and a rotary support body. The guardrail (1) having a shock-absorbing protection structure has posts (10) inserted into a roadside by a prescribed depth to be installed at regular intervals, an upper rail (20a) and a lower rail (20b) fixed and installed on the front and rear surfaces of an upper and a lower portion of the posts (10) exposed above the ground to face each other, and one or more shock-absorbing rollers (110) bound to and installed on the posts (10) exposed between the upper rail (20a) and the lower rail (20b). The shock-absorbing roller (110) has a binding hole (111) penetrated from the middle of the upper surface to the middle of the lower surface to be inserted into the posts (10), and includes a pair of rotary support bodies (120) inserted and coupled into the binding hole (111) in a vertically symmetric form, and having a cylindrical rotary pipe (121) having a first insertion hole (124) vertically formed therethrough to insert the posts (10) thereinto, and a blocking plate (122) circumferentially protruding and connected from the outer circumferential end of the end of the rotary pipe (121) to come in surface contact with the outer surface of the upper end or the outer surface of the lower end of the binding hole (111).
본 발명은 방호구조를 갖춘 가드레일의 부품이 간소화됨과 충격흡수롤러와 회전지지체 간의 결합구조로 인해 차량 충돌시 발생되는 충격에 대한 흡수력이 향상된 충격흡수 방호구조를 가진 가드레일에 관한 것으로서, 도로변에 소정깊이 삽입되어 일정 간격으로 설치되는 지주(10)와 지면 상부로 노출된 지주(10)의 상부와 하부 각각에 전면과 후면에 각각 마주보게 고정 설치되는 상부레일(20a) 및 하부레일(20b)과 상기 상부레일(20a)과 하부레일(20b) 사이로 노출된 지주(10)에 하나 또는 복수 개의 충격흡수롤러(110)가 결속 설치되는 충격흡수 방호구조를 가진 가드레일(1)에 있어서, 상기 충격흡수롤러(110)는, 지주(10)에 삽입되도록 상면 중앙에서 하면 중앙으로 관통된 결속공(111)이 형성되며, 상기 결속공(111)에 상하 대칭형태로 한 쌍이 삽입 결합되며, 상기 지주(10)가 삽입되도록 상하로 관통된 제1삽입공(124)이 형성된 원통형의 회전관(121)과 상기 회전관(121)의 단부 외주단에서 원주방향으로 돌출 연결되어 결속공(111) 상단 외측면 또는 하단 외측면에 면접된 차단판(122)이 형성된 회전지지체(120)가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a guardrail having a shock-absorbing protection structure which simplifies components of a guardrail having a protection structure and has an improved absorption capability for a shock generated during a vehicle collision by the coupling structure between a shock-absorbing roller and a rotary support body. The guardrail (1) having a shock-absorbing protection structure has posts (10) inserted into a roadside by a prescribed depth to be installed at regular intervals, an upper rail (20a) and a lower rail (20b) fixed and installed on the front and rear surfaces of an upper and a lower portion of the posts (10) exposed above the ground to face each other, and one or more shock-absorbing rollers (110) bound to and installed on the posts (10) exposed between the upper rail (20a) and the lower rail (20b). The shock-absorbing roller (110) has a binding hole (111) penetrated from the middle of the upper surface to the middle of the lower surface to be inserted into the posts (10), and includes a pair of rotary support bodies (120) inserted and coupled into the binding hole (111) in a vertically symmetric form, and having a cylindrical rotary pipe (121) having a first insertion hole (124) vertically formed therethrough to insert the posts (10) thereinto, and a blocking plate (122) circumferentially protruding and connected from the outer circumferential end of the end of the rotary pipe (121) to come in surface contact with the outer surface of the upper end or the outer surface of the lower end of the binding hole (111).
본 발명은 방호구조를 갖춘 가드레일의 부품이 간소화됨과 충격흡수롤러와 회전지지체 간의 결합구조로 인해 차량 충돌시 발생되는 충격에 대한 흡수력이 향상된 충격흡수 방호구조를 가진 가드레일에 관한 것으로서, 도로변에 소정깊이 삽입되어 일정 간격으로 설치되는 지주(10)와 지면 상부로 노출된 지주(10)의 상부와 하부 각각에 전면과 후면에 각각 마주보게 고정 설치되는 상부레일(20a) 및 하부레일(20b)과 상기 상부레일(20a)과 하부레일(20b) 사이로 노출된 지주(10)에 하나 또는 복수 개의 충격흡수롤러(110)가 결속 설치되는 충격흡수 방호구조를 가진 가드레일(1)에 있어서, 상기 충격흡수롤러(110)는, 지주(10)에 삽입되도록 상면 중앙에서 하면 중앙으로 관통된 결속공(111)이 형성되며, 상기 결속공(111)에 상하 대칭형태로 한 쌍이 삽입 결합되며, 상기 지주(10)가 삽입되도록 상하로 관통된 제1삽입공(124)이 형성된 원통형의 회전관(121)과 상기 회전관(121)의 단부 외주단에서 원주방향으로 돌출 연결되어 결속공(111) 상단 외측면 또는 하단 외측면에 면접된 차단판(122)이 형성된 회전지지체(120)가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
