SUPPORT FOR RELEASING DICE INTERVAL HOLDING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a support for releasing a space maintaining device including anchor bolts installed to be spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval in a vertical longitudinal direction in an inner form and tie bolts having one side detachably fastened to the anchor bolts in a turn-key manner through an outer form and a bolt-shaped head provided at the other side, comprising: a bar-shaped load; a tow bar having a lifting part formed above the rod and a tow part provided below the rod and vertically moving up and down; and a ratchet wrench having a coupling part formed on one side and connected to the tow part and a clutch provided on the other side and coupled to the head. In the support, the vertical movement of the two bar is changed to a rotational movement enabling the head to rotate in one direction or in a reverse direction to release the space maintaining device. In the present invention, it is possible to collectively release at least one space maintaining device, and thus, it is possible to rapidly release a form and shorten construction time.
본 발명은 내부거푸집에 상/하 길이방향 일정 간격을 두고 설치되는 앵커볼트와 외부거푸집을 통해 상기 앵커볼트와 일측이 턴 키 방식으로 탈착 가능하게 체결되고, 타측에 볼트 형태의 헤드가 마련된 타이볼트를 포함하는 간격 유지장치를 해제시키기 위한 서포트(support)로서, 상기 서포트는, 바 형태의 로드, 상기 로드 상부에 승강부가 형성되고, 하부에 견인부가 마련되며, 상/하 수직운동하는 견인바; 및 일측에 상기 견인부와 연결되는 결합부가 형성되고, 타측에 상기 헤드에 결합되는 클러치가 마련된 래칫렌치(ratchet wrench);를 포함하며, 상기 서포트는, 상기 견인바의 상/하 수직운동이 상기 래칫렌치를 통해 헤드를 일방향 또는 역방향으로 회전시킬 수 있는 회전운동으로 전환되어, 상기 간격 유지장치가 해제되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거푸집 간격 유지장치 해제용 서포트를 개시한다. 이러한 본 발명은 적어도 하나 이상의 간격 유지장치에 대한 해제를 일괄하여 진행할 수 있으며, 따라서, 신속한 거푸집 해제가 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 공기단축의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
