PHC Construction Method for PHC Pile by Inner Excavation with Extending Auger
According to the present invention, a front excavation portion of a PHC pile is formed to insert the PHC pile into the ground by an inner excavation method wherein an extending auger is inserted into a hollow portion of a PHC pile to excavate the ground. The present invention relates to a construction method for a PHC pile by inner excavation to economically and effectively construct a PHC pile with low vibration and low noise while effectively preventing a decline in strength between a support layer excavation surface and a PHC pile front end portion as well as effectively preventing a decline in constructability due to a collapse of a hollow wall of a front end excavation portion and remaining earth and sand of the front end excavation portion in an excavation process of an extending auger.
본 발명은 확장 오거를 PHC 말뚝의 중공 내부에 삽입하여 지반을 굴착하는 "내부굴착방법"에 의해 PHC 말뚝의 선단굴착부를 형성하여 PHC 말뚝을 지반에 관입시공하되, 확장 오거의 굴착과정에서 선단굴착부 공벽의 무너짐 발생과 선단굴착부의 잔존 토사로 인한 시공성 저하를 효과적으로 방지할 뿐만 아니라 지지층 굴착면과 PHC 말뚝 선단부 사이의 강도 저하를 효과적으로 방지하면서, 저진동 및 저소음으로 PHC 말뚝을 경제적이고 효율적으로 시공할 수 있게 하는 내부굴착에 의한 PHC 말뚝의 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
