The present invention relates to a jaw crusher safety device with an improved structure. According to the present invention, a breaker facility disposed close to a jaw crusher and driven by an electric motor is used in the case of mineral clogging in the jaw crusher so that a material to be crushed can be crushed and handled with safety and speed based on a remote monitoring operation. The jaw crusher safety device according to the present invention includes: the breaker facility disposed close to the jaw crusher and having a breaker crushing the material to be crushed in response to hydraulic pressure transfer; and a remote control facility outputting a control signal and controlling an operation of the breaker facility at a position away from the jaw crusher while checking a captured image of the jaw crusher.
본 발명은 죠 크러셔 내에 광물이 걸려 막히게 될 경우 죠 크러셔와 근접되게 배치되고 전동모터에 의해 구동되는 브레이커설비를 이용하여 원격으로 모니터링하면서 조작하여 파쇄물을 파쇄하여 안전하고 신속하게 처리할 수 있도록 그 구조가 개선된 죠 크러셔 안전장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 죠 크러셔 안전장치는 죠 크러셔와 근접되게 설치되고 유압이 전달됨에 따라 파쇄물을 파쇄하는 브레이커를 갖는 브레이커설비와; 상기 죠 크러셔와 이격된 위치에서 상기 죠 크러셔를 촬영한 영상을 확인하면서 상기 브레이커설비의 동작을 제어하는 제어신호를 출력하는 원격제어설비;로 구성된 것이다.
