Winding Machine for Instllation of Saftey Rope
The present invention relates to a winding machine used for installing a safety rope for a high place work on a facility, which is a high place work target, by being installed on the facility to be adjacent to the ground. The winding machine in accordance with the present invention comprises: a housing coupled to and installed on the facility; a drum which has a rotating shaft, which is coupled to the housing to be able to rotate, to which one end of an installation wire is fixed, and around which the installation wire is wound; a handle coupled to the rotating shaft of the drum and enabling a worker to rotate the rotating shaft; and a ratchet mechanism switching between a state that the drum can rotate only in one direction and a state that the drum can rotate in both directions, wherein when the safety rope is installed, one end of the safety rope is coupled to the other end of the wire for installation, a ratchet bar is arranged at an operating position, and then the drum is rotated by the handle to wind the wire for installation around the drum, thereby arranging the safety rope at an arrangement position of the wire for installation in the facility in place of the wire for installation. The present invention can install the safety rope without a complex configuration of a motor or a sensor.
이 발명은 지면에 인접하게 고소 작업 대상인 시설물에 설치되어 고소 작업용 안전 로프를 시설물에 설치하기 하는 데 이용되는 권선기에 관한 것으로서, 이 발명의 권선기는, 시설물에 결합되어 설치되는 하우징; 회전축을 갖추고 하우징에 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 설치용 와이어의 일단이 고정되고 회전에 의해 설치용 와이어가 권취되는 드럼; 드럼의 회전축에 결합되어 작업자가 회전축을 회전시키는 핸들; 및 드럼이 일방향으로만 회전 가능한 상태와 드럼이 양 방향으로 회전 가능한 상태 사이에서 전환되는 래칫 기구를 포함하여 구성되고, 안전 로프의 설치 시에 설치용 와이어의 타단에 안전 로프의 일단을 결합하고 래칫 바아를 작동 위치로 배치한 후에 핸들에 의해 드럼을 회전시켜 설치용 와이어를 드럼에 권취함으로써 안전 로프가 설치용 와이어를 대신하여 시설물에서의 설치용 와이어의 배치 위치에 배치되는 것이다.
