SELF-ASSEMBLY SOUNDPROOF WALL USING PRESTRESS AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING THIS SAME
The present invention relates to a prefabricated soundproof panel using prestress and a method for constructing a soundproof facility comprising the same. An objective of the present invention is to assign pretension to a portion receiving an external force (a soundproof panel above or the like) to prevent defection by a load, and improve productivity and maintenance and repair properties by a prefabricated structure. According to the present invention, the prefabricated soundproof panel using prestress comprises: a frame (10) of a frame form which is formed by mounting an upper and a lower horizontal unit and a left and a right vertical unit, and has a space formed therein and communicating in a front and a rear direction; a front plate (20) which has a plurality of holes and is assembled on a front surface of the frame; a rear plate (30) assembled on a rear surface of the frame; a sound absorbing material (40) stored between the frame, the front plate, and the rear plate; and a pretension means (50) arranged in an upper and a lower longitudinal direction, wherein an upper and a lower portion thereof are connected to one side among the frame, the front plate, and the rear plate to support the upper and the lower portion thereof, and pretension in a direction opposite to a load applying direction is assigned to the frame, the front plate, or the rear plate to prevent deflection of the frame, the front plate, or the rear plate.
본 발명은 프리스트레스를 이용한 조립식 방음판 및 이를 포함하는 방음시설 시공 공법에 관한 것으로, 외력(상부의 방음판 등)이 가해지는 부분에 프리텐션을 부여하여 하중으로 인한 처짐을 막고 조립식의 구성을 통해 생산성과 유지보수성을 향상함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 프리스트레스를 이용한 조립식 방음판은, 상하 수평부와 좌우 수직부의 결합에 의해 이루어져 내부가 전후로 연통하는 공간이 형성된 틀 형태의 프레임(10)과; 다수의 홀이 구비되며 상기 프레임의 전면부에 조립되는 전면판(20)과; 상기 프레임의 후면부에 조립되는 후면판(30)과; 상기 프레임과 전면판 및 후면판의 사이에 수납되는 흡음재(40)와; 상하 종방향으로 배열되면서 상부와 하부를 각각 상기 프레임과 전면판 및 후면판 중 일측에 연결하여 지지하되, 상기 프레임 또는 전면판 또는 후면판에 하중의 전가 방향과 반대 방향의 프리텐션을 부여하여 프레임 또는 전면판 또는 후면판이 처지는 것을 막는 프리텐션수단(50)을 포함한다.
