MANHOLE PUMPIMG STATION HAVING VALVE CHAMBER SEPARATED IN PUMP SUMP
The present invention provides a manhole pumping station with a valve chamber installed with an interval from a sump, comprising: an upper slab installed on the top and having a manhole; a lower slab installed on the bottom; a sump installed between the upper and the lower slab, connected to an inlet pipe to supply sewage and a pressurized pipe to output the pressurized sewage, and storing the sewage supplied from the inlet pipe; an underwater pump installed in a lower part inside the sump, connected to a vertically arranged discharge pipe, and pumping the sewage stored in the sump to discharge the sewage to an upper side through the discharge pipe; and a valve chamber including a separated space by installing partitions in an upper part inside the sump, connected to the discharge pipe and the pressurized pipe, and including a check valve to block a back flow of the sewage. According to the present invention, a valve chamber is installed with an interval from a sump, a worker can safely and easily perform work in the valve chamber, which is a separated space, when a valve is replaced or repaired, and gas is prevented from being introduced into the valve chamber, so a worker is protected from a suffocation accident and a device, such as a valve, etc., is not easily corroded. Moreover, since a worker performs work on the ground without entering inside the sump when an underwater pump is replaced, a convenient and safe work is realized.
본 발명은 상단부에 설치되고 맨홀이 형성된 상부 슬래브; 하단부에 설치되는 하부 슬래브; 상·하부 슬래브의 사이에 형성되고, 하수가 유입되는 유입배관과 하수가 압송되어 나가는 압송배관이 연결 설치되며, 상기 유입배관으로부터 유입된 하수가 저장되는 흡수정; 상기 흡수정 내부의 하부에 설치되고, 상하 방향으로 배치된 토출배관과 연결되며, 상기 흡수정에 저장된 하수를 펌핑하여 상기 토출배관을 통하여 상측으로 토출시키기 위한 수중펌프; 및 상기 흡수정 내부의 상부에 격벽이 설치되어 별도로 분리된 공간이 마련되고, 상기 토출배관 및 압송배관이 연결되며, 하수의 역류를 차단하는 체크밸브가 설치된 밸브실을 포함하는 흡수정에 분리 설치된 밸브실을 구비한 맨홀펌프장을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 밸브실이 흡수정과 분리 설치되므로, 밸브의 교체나 보수 작업시 작업자가 별도로 분리된 공간인 밸브실에서 작업을 안전하고 용이하게 할 수 있고, 밸브실의 내부로 가스가 유입되는 것을 차단하여 작업자의 질식사고를 방지하며, 밸브 등의 장치가 쉽게 부식되지 않고, 또한 수중펌프의 교체 작업시 작업자가 흡수정 내부로 들어가지 않고 지상에서 작업할 수 있으므로 편리하고 안전한 작업이 가능한 효과가 있다.

The present invention provides a manhole pumping station with a valve chamber installed with an interval from a sump, comprising: an upper slab installed on the top and having a manhole; a lower slab installed on the bottom; a sump installed between the upper and the lower slab, connected to an inlet pipe to supply sewage and a pressurized pipe to output the pressurized sewage, and storing the sewage supplied from the inlet pipe; an underwater pump installed in a lower part inside the sump, connected to a vertically arranged discharge pipe, and pumping the sewage stored in the sump to discharge the sewage to an upper side through the discharge pipe; and a valve chamber including a separated space by installing partitions in an upper part inside the sump, connected to the discharge pipe and the pressurized pipe, and including a check valve to block a back flow of the sewage. According to the present invention, a valve chamber is installed with an interval from a sump, a worker can safely and easily perform work in the valve chamber, which is a separated space, when a valve is replaced or repaired, and gas is prevented from being introduced into the valve chamber, so a worker is protected from a suffocation accident and a device, such as a valve, etc., is not easily corroded. Moreover, since a worker performs work on the ground without entering inside the sump when an underwater pump is replaced, a convenient and safe work is realized.
본 발명은 상단부에 설치되고 맨홀이 형성된 상부 슬래브; 하단부에 설치되는 하부 슬래브; 상·하부 슬래브의 사이에 형성되고, 하수가 유입되는 유입배관과 하수가 압송되어 나가는 압송배관이 연결 설치되며, 상기 유입배관으로부터 유입된 하수가 저장되는 흡수정; 상기 흡수정 내부의 하부에 설치되고, 상하 방향으로 배치된 토출배관과 연결되며, 상기 흡수정에 저장된 하수를 펌핑하여 상기 토출배관을 통하여 상측으로 토출시키기 위한 수중펌프; 및 상기 흡수정 내부의 상부에 격벽이 설치되어 별도로 분리된 공간이 마련되고, 상기 토출배관 및 압송배관이 연결되며, 하수의 역류를 차단하는 체크밸브가 설치된 밸브실을 포함하는 흡수정에 분리 설치된 밸브실을 구비한 맨홀펌프장을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 밸브실이 흡수정과 분리 설치되므로, 밸브의 교체나 보수 작업시 작업자가 별도로 분리된 공간인 밸브실에서 작업을 안전하고 용이하게 할 수 있고, 밸브실의 내부로 가스가 유입되는 것을 차단하여 작업자의 질식사고를 방지하며, 밸브 등의 장치가 쉽게 부식되지 않고, 또한 수중펌프의 교체 작업시 작업자가 흡수정 내부로 들어가지 않고 지상에서 작업할 수 있으므로 편리하고 안전한 작업이 가능한 효과가 있다.
