METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PARTITION PANEL AND ROUND TYPE PARTITION USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a partition panel and a partition using the partition panel, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a partition panel which increases product reliability by forming a compact structure and improving interlayer binding power through hot air heating and rapid cold pressure molding in a process of manufacturing a partition panel by laminating synthetic fiber fabrics, thereby facilitating drawing of a smooth curved line, preventing separation of layers, and preventing cracking of a cutting plane that forms an end portion of the partition when installing the partition in various forms, specifically in a round form such that appearance quality of the partition is improved, and a partition using the partition panel. A method for manufacturing a partition panel according to the present invention comprises: a fabric preparation step (a) of obtaining a panel body by laying up an outer layer (20) made of a nonwoven fabric or fabric on an outer surface of the base layer (10) centering around a base layer (10) made of a nonwoven fabric such that the base layer (10) and the outer layer (20) are oppositely directed to each other, and first spray coating a heat resistant adhesive onto the base layer, thereby forming an adhesive layer (30); a preheating step (b) of applying hot air of a temperature of 180 to 200 C to the panel body in all directions, thereby heating the panel body for 2 to 3 minutes to thermally expand the base layer (10) and melt and infiltrate the adhesive layer (30) into the base layer; a cold pressure molding step (c) of instantaneously pressing the preheated panel body to a temperature of -20 to -11 C by a cold pressure press to mold the preheated panel body into a three-dimensional shape; and a cutting step (d) of cutting edge portions of all directions of the partition panel obtained in the step (c) by laser trimming.
본 발명은 파티션 패널의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 파티션에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 합성섬유 원단을 적층하여 파티션 패널을 제조하는 과정에서 열풍 가열 및 급속 냉압 성형 과정을 거쳐 치밀한 조직을 형성하고 층간 결합력을 향상함으로써 파티션을 다양한 형태, 특히 라운드형으로 설치 시 부드러운 곡선의 도출이 용이하고 층 분리가 발생하지 않음과 아울러 파티션 단부를 이루는 절단면의 균열이 방지되는 등 외관 품질이 개선되어 제품에 대한 신뢰성을 높이도록 하는 파티션 패널의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 파티션에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 파티션 패널의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 파티션에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 합성섬유 원단을 적층하여 파티션 패널을 제조하는 과정에서 열풍 가열 및 급속 냉압 성형 과정을 거쳐 치밀한 조직을 형성하고 층간 결합력을 향상함으로써 파티션을 다양한 형태, 특히 라운드형으로 설치 시 부드러운 곡선의 도출이 용이하고 층 분리가 발생하지 않음과 아울러 파티션 단부를 이루는 절단면의 균열이 방지되는 등 외관 품질이 개선되어 제품에 대한 신뢰성을 높이도록 하는 파티션 패널의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 파티션에 관한 것이다.
