Set building and building construction method with composite light weight panel for structure
The present invention provides an outer wall insulating structure of a composite lightweight panel for a structure finished with cement siding capable of securing insulating properties by installing an EPS insulating material for an outer wall between the cement siding, ceramic siding or an exterior finishing material and the composite lightweight panel for a structure and installing balk timber on an outer surface of the EPS insulating material for the outer wall and capable of joining and coupling the cement siding, the ceramic siding or the exterior finishing material to the EPS insulating material for the outer wall. To achieve this, the outer wall insulating structure of the composite lightweight panel for the structure finished with the cement siding includes: the EPS insulating material for the outer wall attached to an outer surface of the composite lightweight panel by an adhesive and providing an insulating effect; at least one receiving groove recessed in the outer surface of the EPS insulating material for the outer wall; and the balk timber received in the receiving groove, having hardness stronger than that of the EPS insulating material for the outer wall, and coupling and fixating a coupling means penetrating through the cement siding, the ceramic siding or the exterior finishing material.
본 발명은 시멘트 사이딩, 세라믹 사이딩 또는 외부마감재와 구조용 복합 경량 패널 사이에 외벽용 EPS단열재를 설치하고, 또한 상기 외벽용 EPS단열재의 외면에 각재를 내설하여 단열성을 보장하면서도 상기 시멘트 사이딩, 세라믹 사이딩 또는 외부마감재를 상기 외벽용 EPS단열재에 체결수단으로 결합 고정할 수 있도록 한 시멘트 사이딩으로 마감되는 구조용 복합 경량 패널의 외벽 단열 구조를 제공한다. 이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명은 상기 복합 경량 패널의 외면에 접착제로 접착되며 단열기능을 구현하는 외벽 EPS 단열재와, 상기 외벽 EPS 단열재의 외면에 함몰 형성되는 적어도 하나 이상의 수용홈, 상기 수용홈에 삽입되며 상기 외벽 EPS 단열재 보다 강한 경도를 가지며 상기 시멘트 사이딩, 세라믹 사이딩 또는 외부마감재를 관통하는 체결수단을 체결 고정하기 위한 각재를 포함하여 구성한 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
