CONCRETE WATER-SOLUBLE NANO COATING AGENTS USING THE SILICA-SOL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a water-soluble nano coating agent for concrete using silica sol and a method for manufacturing the same. The coating agent according to the present invention is manufactured such that a siloxane linkage (-Si-O-Si-) is formed through hydrolysis and a condensation reaction with silane and silica sol having a nano-sized particle size, and thus a firm linkage is formed with respect to concrete and the coating agent can be manufactured that is suitable for concrete and excellent in heat resistance, wear resistance, and flame resistance. During the manufacturing process, distilled water and alcohol are evaporated and a sol-gel reaction follows as a result and inorganic powder having a nano-sized particle size is added during the coating agent manufacturing. Accordingly, the coating agent is excellent in abrasiveness and heat resistance and is capable of maintaining coating strength on the surface of the concrete for an extended period of time.
본 발명은 실리카졸을 이용한 콘크리트용 수용성 나노코팅제에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 나노사이즈의 입자크기를 가지는 실리카졸 및 실란과의 가수분해 및 축합반응을 통해 실록산결합(-Si-O-Si-)이 형성되도록 코팅제를 제조함으로써, 콘크리트와 강력한 결합을 형성하게 되어 내열성, 내마모성 및 방염 효과가 뛰어나 콘크리트용에 적합한 코팅제를 제조할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 제조과정에서 증류수와 알코올이 증발됨으로써 졸겔반응이 일어나게 되고, 나노사이즈의 입자크기를 가지는 무기질파우더를 첨가하여 코팅제를 제조함으로써 마모성 및 내열성이 우수하여 콘크리트 표면의 코팅력이 장시간 지속되는 장점이 있는 실리카졸을 이용한 콘크리트용 수용성 나노코팅제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
