Nano-silica regenerated micro-powder concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses nano-silica regenerated micro-powder concrete and a preparation method thereof. The recycled micro-powder concrete is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight: 100parts of cement, 10-70 parts of recycled concrete micro-powder, 110-190 parts of sand, 270-460 parts of stone, 42-63 parts of water, 1.5-4 parts of nano silicon dioxide and 0.6-1 part of polycarboxylate superplasticizer; and the water cement ratio of the recycled micro-powder concrete is 1: (1.5-2.7). The recycled concrete micro-powder and the nano silicon dioxide both have a filling effect and volcanic ash activity, so that the performance of the recycled micro-powder concrete can be effectively improved; and the obtained concrete has excellent mechanical properties. According to the method for preparing the concrete from the recycled concrete micro powder, on the premise of meeting the use performance of the concrete, waste is utilized, building energy consumption is reduced, and limitednatural resources are saved.
