The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a water-repellent agent for preventing a structure from being damaged due to erosion induced by absorption of water through capillary tubes included in a concrete material, or the like that are porous materials, among structures by using alkyl alkoxy silane with improved water repellency. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises the following steps of: preparing a fluid A by mixing two kinds of alkyl alkoxy silane that are a first alkyl alkoxy silane including 8 to 9 wt% of carbon water and a second alkyl alkoxy silane including 10 to 14 wt% of carbon water; preparing a fluid B obtained by mixing the fluid A that is an alkyl alkoxy silane mixture, 1 to 10 parts by weight of fumed silica, 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of an emulsifying agent, and 14 to 17 parts by weight of water, based on 100 parts by weight of the fluid A; and injecting the prepared fluid A and B to a mixing unit in a casing tube (13) of a Homo-mixer (10) through each nozzle, and stirring the prepared fluid A and B at 4,500 RPM so as to prepare aqueous emulsion of creamy alkyl alkoxy silane. The present invention enables to continuously manufacture a water-repellent agent for concrete, which is prepared by aqueous emulsion of alkyl alkoxy silane with cream emulsion.
본 발명은 발수성을 향상시킨 알킬 알콕시 실란를 이용하여 구조물 중 다공성 재료인 콘크리트 재료 등에 포함된 모세관을 통한 물의 흡수로 인하여 침식이 이루어져 구조물에 피해가 발생되는 것을 방지하기 위한 흡수 방지제의 제조 방법에에 관한 것으로서, 알킬 알콕시 실란을 사용하되 이의 알킬 알콕시 실란 혼합물은 탄소수 8~9인 제1 알킬 알콕시 실란과, 탄소수 10~14인 제2 알킬 알콕시실란의 2종을 혼합하여 A액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 알킬 알콕시 실란 혼합물인 A액과, 상기 A액 100중량 대비 흄드 실리카 1 ~ 10 중량부, 유화제 약 0.1∼3 중량부, 물14∼17중량부로 이루어진 B액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 조성된 A액과 B액을 각각의 노즐을 통하여 호모 믹서기(10)의 케이싱 관(13) 내의 믹싱부로 주입하고 4,500RPM으로 교반하여 크림상 알킬 알콕시 실란의 수성 에멀젼을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는것으로서, 본 발명은 알킬 알콕시 실란의 수성 에멀션을 크림 에멀젼으로 형성한 콘크리트용 흡수방지제를 연속 제조할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a water-repellent agent for preventing a structure from being damaged due to erosion induced by absorption of water through capillary tubes included in a concrete material, or the like that are porous materials, among structures by using alkyl alkoxy silane with improved water repellency. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises the following steps of: preparing a fluid A by mixing two kinds of alkyl alkoxy silane that are a first alkyl alkoxy silane including 8 to 9 wt% of carbon water and a second alkyl alkoxy silane including 10 to 14 wt% of carbon water; preparing a fluid B obtained by mixing the fluid A that is an alkyl alkoxy silane mixture, 1 to 10 parts by weight of fumed silica, 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of an emulsifying agent, and 14 to 17 parts by weight of water, based on 100 parts by weight of the fluid A; and injecting the prepared fluid A and B to a mixing unit in a casing tube (13) of a Homo-mixer (10) through each nozzle, and stirring the prepared fluid A and B at 4,500 RPM so as to prepare aqueous emulsion of creamy alkyl alkoxy silane. The present invention enables to continuously manufacture a water-repellent agent for concrete, which is prepared by aqueous emulsion of alkyl alkoxy silane with cream emulsion.
본 발명은 발수성을 향상시킨 알킬 알콕시 실란를 이용하여 구조물 중 다공성 재료인 콘크리트 재료 등에 포함된 모세관을 통한 물의 흡수로 인하여 침식이 이루어져 구조물에 피해가 발생되는 것을 방지하기 위한 흡수 방지제의 제조 방법에에 관한 것으로서, 알킬 알콕시 실란을 사용하되 이의 알킬 알콕시 실란 혼합물은 탄소수 8~9인 제1 알킬 알콕시 실란과, 탄소수 10~14인 제2 알킬 알콕시실란의 2종을 혼합하여 A액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 알킬 알콕시 실란 혼합물인 A액과, 상기 A액 100중량 대비 흄드 실리카 1 ~ 10 중량부, 유화제 약 0.1∼3 중량부, 물14∼17중량부로 이루어진 B액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 조성된 A액과 B액을 각각의 노즐을 통하여 호모 믹서기(10)의 케이싱 관(13) 내의 믹싱부로 주입하고 4,500RPM으로 교반하여 크림상 알킬 알콕시 실란의 수성 에멀젼을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는것으로서, 본 발명은 알킬 알콕시 실란의 수성 에멀션을 크림 에멀젼으로 형성한 콘크리트용 흡수방지제를 연속 제조할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
