Form construction structure and method for building concrete slab
The present invention relates to a structure and a method for installing a form for slab construction capable of easily performing a form installation work for constructing a concrete slab building, remarkably increasing work speed by installing the form and reducing other costs. The method for installing a form for slab construction comprises: a step of coupling an edge member to a wall panel; a step of coupling the edge member to a holding member; a step of holding one end of a beam member on a holding member of one side of the edge member and holding the other end of the beam member on a holding member of the other side of the edge member; and a step of connecting a slab panel to a side of the beam member and forming a form surface for forming a concrete slab with the beam member and the slab panel.
본 발명은 건축물의 콘크리트 슬라브 구축을 위한 거푸집 가설작업이 용이하고 거푸집 가설에 따른 작업속도를 크게 향상시킬 수 있으며, 이에 다른 비용절감을 도모할 수 있는 슬라브 시공을 위한 거푸집 가설 구조 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 콘크리트 슬라브 시공을 위한 거푸집 가설방법은, 벽체 판넬에 모서리 부재를 결합하는 단계와; 상기 모서리 부재에 거치부재를 결합하는 단계와; 빔 부재의 한쪽 끝단을 일측 모서리 부재의 거치부재 부분에 거치한 후, 다른 한쪽 끝단을 다른 일측 모서리 부재의 거치부재 부분에 거치하는 단계와; 빔 부재의 측면에 슬라브 판넬을 연결하여 상기 빔 부재가 상기 슬라브 판넬과 함께 콘크리트 슬라브 형성을 위한 거푸집 면을 형성하도록 하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
