CONCRETE FORM FOR OVERHANG FLOOR SLAB CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form for overhang floor slab construction with which a lower side reinforcement cover for floor slab concrete can be constructed, as per design, without partial loss of a concrete area even when there is an area having sufficient resisting force.SOLUTION: A concrete form for overhang floor slab construction 1 comprises an arm steel member 3 composed of variant steel in an almost drum shaped cross-section for fixing a base end part 3c to a main girder 2, and a bottom form 4 of an embedded form consisting of a cement extrusion molding plate in which recessed parts 4a and protruding parts 4b are alternately arranged in rows. The arm steel member 3 is inserted and installed from the end of the recessed parts 4a such that the taper part of the protruding parts 4b and a drum shaped lower half part of the arm steel member 3 make contact with each other and support the self weight of the concrete form and the weight of the concrete casting. The arm steel member 3 is positioned within a range in which it is covered by the lower side reinforcement of the floor slab and its lower half part is located within the bottom form 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】十分な抵抗力を有する断面であってもコンクリートの断面欠損が無く構築する床版コンクリートの下側鉄筋のかぶりを設計通りにできる張出床版構築用の型枠資材を提供する。【解決手段】張出床版構築用の型枠資材1は、主桁2に基端部3cを固定する断面略鼓形の異形型鋼からなる腕鋼材3と凹部4aと凸部4bが交互に列をなすセメント押出成形板よりなる埋設型枠の底型枠4を備える。腕鋼材3は凹部4aの端部より挿入して設置し、凸部4bのテーパー部と腕鋼材3の鼓形下半部が当接して型枠自重及びコンクリート打設荷重を支持する。腕鋼材3は下半部が底型枠4の内部にあり床版の下側鉄筋のかぶり範囲内に位置する。【選択図】図1
