Silver and Jade is the manufacturing method using the antibacterial impact sewers
The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an antibacterial and impact-resistant drain pipe by using silver and jade. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an antibacterial and impact-resistant drain pipe by using silver and jade, wherein the drain pipe can provide the same benefits as antibiotics since a composition of the impact-resistant drain pipe is mixed with polyvinyl chloride resin including silver and jade such that effects of the far-infrared radiation, capability of inhibiting bacterial propagation, and sterilization and antibacterial properties can be achieved by using environment improvement materials such as silver and jade inside the drain pipe. Accordingly, the method of manufacturing an antibacterial and impact-resistant drain pipe by using silver and jade comprises: a silver preparation step; a jade preparation step; a manufacturing step of the chip by using silver and jade in which silver powder prepared in the silver preparation step and jade powder prepared in the jade preparation step are mixed with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin having a polymerization degree of 800 to 1,200, heated at a temperature of 180 to 230C in an extruder, and manufactured into the chip; and a drain pipe extrusion step in which the chip manufactured in the manufacturing step of the chip is stirred with a PVC resin composition for drain pipe in a mixer and then inputted back to the extruder, molds for manufacturing the drain pipe are connected, and the PVC resin composition for drain pipe are melted at a temperature of 180 to 230C and extruded into the drain pipe, wherein the PVC resin composition for drain pipe comprises 3.5 to 5 parts by weight of a composite stabilizer, 5 to 12 parts by weight of hard calcium carbonate, and 0.2 to 3 parts by weight of a lubricant with respect to 100 parts by weight of PVC resin.
본 발명은 은과 옥을 이용한 항균성 내충격 하수관의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 내충격 하수관을 이루는 조성물에 은과 옥을 포함한 폴리염화비닐 수지를 혼합하여 하수관의 내면에서 환경개선 소재인 은과 옥의 원적외선 방사 효율과 세균 번식의 억제력 및 살균과 항균 능력을 활용하여 항생물질로 사용하는 이로움을 제공할 수 있도록 하는 은과 옥을 이용한 항균성 내충격 하수관의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 은의 준비단계와;옥의 준바단계와;상기 은의 준비단계에서 준비한 은 분말과 옥 준비단계에서 준비한 은 분말을 중합도 800∼1,200을 갖는 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 수지와 혼합하여 압출기에서 180∼230℃로 가열한 후 칩으로 제조되도록 하는 은과 옥을 이용한 칩의 제조단계와;상기 칩의 제조단계에서 제조한 집을 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 수지 100 중량부에 대하여,복합안정제 3.5∼5 중량부, 경질 탄산칼슘 5∼12 중량부, 활제 0.2∼3중량부로 이루어지는 하수관용 폴리염화비닐 수지 조성물을 믹서기로 교반한 후 압출기에 재투입하여 하수관 제조용 금형을 연결시키고, 상기 하수관용 폴리염화비닐 수지 조성물을 180∼230℃로 용융시켜 압출에 의해 하수관을 압출 성형하는 하수관 압출단계; 로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
