DECK PLATE FOR COMBINATION INSULATOR AT TRUSS GIRDER TYPE DECK PANEL AND COMBINATION METHOD OF TRUSS GIRDER TYPE DECK PANEL USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a deck plate for constructing a ceiling mold as a component of a truss-girder type deck panel (2) for constructing a ceiling composed of floor units (11) and reinforcing units (12) repeatedly arranged and plates unit (16) formed in both ends. A vertical extension unit (18) extended upward from an outer floor of an overlap groove unit (16) is formed on one plate unit (16) among both plate units (16) formed in both ends into a shape of the overlapped groove unit (16). A height of the vertical extension unit (18) is higher than top surfaces of the floor units (11). The vertical extension unit (18) functions as a coincidence reference surface to position a lateral end (62) of an insulating material (60) at a height identical to the height of the vertical extension unit (18) when joining the insulting material to the top of the deck plate (10) with a spacer (20) and a coupler (50), thus the insulating material (60) is easily joined. In addition, the deck plate is capable of preventing the insulating material from being joined to the deck plate to be tilted and from being projected out of the deck plate, facilitating the arrangement of the truss-girder type deck panels wherein the insulating material is joined on the top of beams, and preventing a gap between the adjoining insulating materials.
본 발명은 천장을 시공하기 위한 트러스거더형 데크패널(2)의 구성요소로서 반복배열되는 바닥부(11)와 보강부(12) 및 양단부에 위치하는 판개부(16)로 구성되는 천장거푸집 시공용 데크플레이트에 있어서, 겹침홈부(16a) 형상으로 구성되는 양단 판개부(16) 중 일측 판개부(16)에는 겹침홈부(16a)의 외측 바닥으로부터 상방향으로 연장형성되는 수직연장부(18)를 형성하되 수직연장부(18)의 높이는 바닥부(11)의 상부면 보다 더 높게 구성하여 데크플레이트(10) 상부에 스페이서(20) 및 체결구(50)를 이용하여 단열재 결합시 단열재(60)의 측단부(62)에 대하여 수직연장부(18)가 일치 기준면 역할을 하도록 하여 단열재(60)의 결합을 용이하도록 하면서 단열재가 데크플레이트에 비스듬하게 결합되는 현상과 단열재가 데크플레이트 외부로 돌출되는 현상을 방지하고, 단열재가 결합된 트러스거더형 데크패널을 보 상부에 배열시 배열의 원활함과 인접하는 단열재 간의 틈새 발생을 억제하도록 한 것이다.
