COMBINED INSULATOR DECK PLATE AND COMBINED INSULATOR TRUSS GIRDER TYPE DECK PANEL USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a deck plate used in construction of ceilings wherein a flat bottom part (11), which is a flat steel plate having an overall flat top surface, is prepared; and a vertical extension part (18) extended upward from an outer bottom end of an overlap groove part (16a) formed on one plate part (16) among both end plate parts (16) composed of an overlap groove part (16a) and an overlap side part (16b). The height of the vertical extension part (18) is configured to be higher than a top surface of the bottom part (11); and to the top of the deck plate, the bottom surface of an insulator (60) is bonded with an adhesive. The vertical extension part (18) functions as a matching reference surface to guide a side end (62) of the insulator (60); thereby being able to possibly prevent the insulator (60) from being askew when combined to the deck plate (10), and prevents the insulator (60) from protruding to the outside of the deck plate (10).
본 발명은 천장시공을 위한 데크플레이트에 있어서, 평판 형태의 철판으로 전체 상부면이 평탄한 바닥부(11)를 구비하고, 겹침홈부(16a)와 겹침측부(16b)로 구성되는 양단 판개부(16) 중 일측 판개부(16)에는 겹침홈부(16a)의 바닥 외측 단부로부터 상방향으로 연장형성되는 수직연장부(18)를 형성하되, 수직연장부(18)의 높이는 바닥부(11)의 상부면 보다 더 높게 구성하며, 상기 구성의 데크플레이트(10) 상부에 단열재(60)의 하부면을 접착제로 결합하되, 단열재(60)의 측단부(62)에 대하여 수직연장부(18)가 일치 기준면 역할을 하는 안내를 받아 단열재가 데크플레이트(10)에 비스듬하게 결합되는 현상과 단열재(60)가 데크플레이트(10) 외부로 돌출되는 현상이 방지되어 결합이 이루어도록 한 것이다.
