HIGH-STRENGTH LOW TEMPERATURE CO-FIRED CERAMIC COMPOSITION
According to the present invention, disclosed is a low temperature simultaneous calcined ceramic (LTCC) composition having high strength and capable of being calcined at low temperature. The ceramic composition of the present invention comprises: alumina (Al_2O_3); Si0_2, CaO, and MgO; and Y_2O_3 and B_2O_3, or LiO_2 and MgO. The compositions of the LTCC according to the present invention can be sintered at a low temperature of 1050-1300C and have high strength of maximum 375 MPa. Accordingly, the compositions of the LTCC are applied to a general thick film process and produced and laminated into a sheet shape or the like to be simultaneously calcined at a low temperature along with a metal electrode such as Cu attached to the surface thereof.
본 발명은 고강도를 가지면서도 저온소결이 가능한 저온동시소성 세라믹스(LTCC)를 개시한다. 본 발명의 세라믹스 조성물은 알루미나(AlO)와; Si0, CaO 및 MgO와; YO와 BO, 또는 LiO와 MgO를 포함한 조성으로 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 LTCC 조성은 1050~1300℃ 범위의 저온에서 소결가능하면서도 최대 375MPa의 고강도를 갖는다. 따라서, 상기 LTCC 조성은 통상의 후막공정에 적용되어 시트 형태 등으로 제조 및 적층되어 이의 표면에 부착되는 Cu 등의 금속전극과 함께 저온에서 동시소성될 수 있다.
