CERAMIC COMPOSITION AND CERAMIC FIRED BODY
To provide a ceramic composition excellent in performance of filling in a metal mold while improving the shape stability of a ceramic fired body at high temperatures, and to provide the ceramic fired body.SOLUTION: A ceramic composition in this invention includes an amorphous silica, cristobalite and binder. The binder comprises at least one of the organic and inorganic binders. All or at least a part of cristobalite is a spherical cristobalite, and the spherical cristobalite is included in the range of 0.1 to 35 mass% based on the whole silica component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
