The present invention relates to an insulation panel forming apparatus having a new structure which can effectively mold and manufacture an insulation panel. According to the present invention, the insulation panel forming apparatus: pressurizes upper and lower surfaces of a trail supplied to a gap between upper and lower pressurization molding units (B, C) by using a pressurization chain (50) coupled to peripheral surfaces of upper and lower driving wheels (21, 31) and upper and lower passive wheels to manufacture an insulation panel. Therefore, different from the existing method using a press device, the insulation panel can reduce time consumed for the work of pressurizing a material (1) and increase work efficiency by increasing work continuity.
본 발명은 단열판재를 효과적으로 성형제작할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 단열판재 성형장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 단열판재 성형장치는 상, 하측 구동휠(21,31)과 상, 하측 피동휠(22,32)의 둘레면에 결합된 가압체인(50)을 이용하여, 상, 하측 가압성형유닛(B,C)의 사이로 공급된 재로의 상하면을 가압하여 단열판재를 제조한다. 따라서, 프레스장치를 이용하는 종래의 방법과 달리, 재료(1)를 가압하는 작업에 소요되는 시간을 절약할 수 있으면서, 작업의 연속성을 향상시켜, 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
The present invention relates to an insulation panel forming apparatus having a new structure which can effectively mold and manufacture an insulation panel.
