The present invention relates to a guard fence for vehicle having a passenger protection function. The guard fence for vehicle having a passenger protection function comprises: posts which are fixed to the centerline on a road or a roadside at uniform intervals; beams which are connected to the posts to absorb impact energy when colliding with a vehicle through the transformation thereof; and impact absorbing devices which are coupled to the bottom ends of the posts to be rotated and are transformed when colliding with the vehicle to convert the impact energy into rotational energy and to absorb the converted rotation energy.
본 발명은 탑승자 보호성능을 갖는 차량 방호울타리에 관한 것으로, 도로의 중앙선이나 도로변 상에 일정간격으로 매립되어 고정되는 지주와, 상기 지주에 연결되어 차량이 충돌할 때 변형에 의해 충격에너지를 흡수하는 보와, 상기 지주의 하단에 회전가능하게 결합되어 차량의 충돌 시 변형이 수반되면서 충격 에너지를 회전에너지로 전환하여 흡수하는 충격 흡수 장치를 포함하는 탑승자 보호성능을 갖는 차량 방호울타리를 제공한다.
