The present invention relates to a protective fence having shock absorbing and sidewalk intrusion preventing functions, which includes: a spring connected between two pillars in a tight state; a plurality of cross beams hung on the spring; and a wire provided in the spring and connected between the two pillars in a drooped state, thereby being possible to mitigate impact of a vehicle when a space between the plurality of cross beams is separated while the long spring connected between the pillar and the pillar is entirely expanded when colliding with the vehicle and being possible to prevent sidewalk intrusion of the vehicle by allowing the vehicle to receive retroaction of the tight wire.
충격흡수 및 보도침범 방지기능을 갖는 방호울타리에 관한 것으로, 두 지주 사이에 팽팽한 상태로 연결되는 스프링, 스프링에 매달린 복수 개의 가로대, 스프링의 내측에 배치되어 두 지주 사이에 늘어진 상태로 연결되는 와이어를 포함함으로써 차량 충돌시 지주와 지주 사이에 연결된 긴 길이의 스프링이 전체적으로 신장되면서 복수 개의 가로대 사이가 벌어지는 과정에서 차량의 충격이 완화될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 차량이 팽팽해진 와이어의 반동을 받아 차량의 보도침범을 방지할 수 있다.
