METHOD FOR REPAIRING SOUNDPROOF FACILITIES USING REPAIR PLATE
The present invention relates to a method for repairing a soundproof panel using a repair plate, which is to cost-efficiently and rapidly repair a soundproof panel when the repair of the soundproof panel is required due to damage, such as corrosion, bending, etc., without replacement. The method for repairing a soundproof facility comprising posts installed at certain intervals and soundproof panels installed between the posts comprises: a first step of installing fixing bars on one surface of the posts of the soundproof facility; and a second step of arranging a repair plate on the front surface of the soundproof panel of the soundproof facility, fixing both sides of the repair plate to the fixing bars installed in the first step, and installing one or more spacers in the gaps between the repair plate and the soundproof panels.
본 발명은 보수판을 이용한 방음판 보수 방법에 관한 것으로, 방음판의 손상(부식, 휨 등)으로 인한 보수시 방음판의 교체없이 저렴한 비용과 신속한 작업에 의해 보수가 가능한 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 보수판을 이용한 방음판 보수 방법은, 상호 간에 일정 거리를 두고 설치되는 지주, 상기 지주들의 사이에 설치되는 방음판으로 이루어진 방음 시설의 보강 방법으로서, 상기 방음 시설의 지주의 일면에 고정바를 설치하는 제1단계와; 보수판을 상기 방음 시설의 방음판 전면에 배치하면서 좌우 양측을 상기 제1단계에서 설치되는 고정바들에 고정하는 제2단계를 포함한다. 상기 제2단계는 상기 보수판과 상기 방음판들 사이의 간극에 하나 이상의 스페이서를 설치하는 것을 포함한다.
