REPAIRING METHOD FOR SOUNDPROOF WALL USING REPAIR PLATE
Disclosed is a repairing method for a road soundproof wall, which comprises: a repair plate preparation step; a corrosion confirmation step for confirming a corrosion portion of a road soundproof wall; a cleaning step for cleaning a corrosion portion of a road over a reference value of the road soundproof wall; a rustproofing step for applying coating agents to the road soundproof wall for preventing additional corrosion; a repair plate bonding step for laminating a plurality of repair plates prepared in the road soundproof wall in the height direction; and a waterproofing step for bonding waterproofing materials to prevent moisture from being inserted into the repair plate among the plurality of coupled repair plates. Accordingly, the road soundproof wall can be repaired without replacement at affordable price.
도로 방음벽 보수방법이 개시된다. 상기 보수방법은 보수판준비단계, 도로 방음벽의 부식 부분을 확인하는 부식확인단계, 도로 방음벽의 기준치 이상의 부식 부분을 세척하는 세척단계, 도로 방음벽에 추가 부식을 방지하기 위하여 코팅제를 도포하는 녹막이단계, 도로 방음벽에 준비된 복수개의 보수판들을 높이방향으로 적층 결합하는 보수판결합단계 및 결합된 복수개의 보수판중 최상단의 보수판에 수분이 침투하지 않도록 차수성 소재를 결합하는 차수단계를 포함한다. 상기와 같은 방법으로 도로방음벽의 교체 없이 보수가 가능하고, 보수비용이 저렴하다.
