The present invention relates to a backflow prevention device for a toilet, capable of preventing backflow of air or washing water into a washing water tank by having a relatively simple structure and being installed without largely changing existing toilet components. The backflow prevention device for a toilet has excellent usability by being applied to various kinds of toilets and is rarely broken by having a structure capable of absorbing impact applied to an opening and closing unit. The backflow prevention device for a toilet enables a user to easily prevent the backflow in a single operation as necessary while normally using the toilet in a normal time, thereby maximizing convenience for the user. The backflow prevention device for a toilet comprises: a support body vertically installed to the inner side of the water tank and formed in a hollow cylinder shape, wherein the lower end is fixed to the bottom of the water tank and the opening and closing unit supplying the washing water into a bowl and blocking the washing water is connected to the lower part by a hinge; a vertical moving bar arranged to be parallel with the support body and vertically moving by a guiding unit, wherein horizontal movement and rotation of the vertical moving bar are controlled; a rotation bar installed on the outer side of the support body and installed to rotate around the support body; a connection bar in which the length is changed as the connection bar has a length control unit, wherein one side is connected to the upper end of the vertical moving bar by the hinge and the other end is connected to the lower surface on one side of the rotation bar by the hinge; and a controlling unit installed on the other side of the vertical moving bar in the upper part of the support body and controlling the rotation of the rotation bar.

본 발명은 비교적 간단한 구조를 통해 에어나 세척수 등의 세척수조 내로의 역류를 방지할 수 있고, 제작이 쉽고, 기존의 양변기 부속에 큰 변경을 가하지 않고서도 설치가 가능하며, 종류가 다양한 양변기에 모두 적용할 수 있도록 하여 활용도가 우수하며, 개폐구로 가해지는 충격을 흡수할 수 있는 구조를 채택하는 등의 방법으로 고장발생이 적으며, 평상시에는 정상적인 양변기의 사용이 가능하다가 필요시 사용자가 한 번의 동작을 통해 쉽게 역류를 방지할 수 있도록 하여 사용자 편의성을 극대화시킨 양변기의 역류방지장치에 관한 것으로, 수조 내부에 수직으로 설치되되 수조 저면에 하단부가 고정 설치되고, 보올 내로 세척수를 공급 및 차단하는 개폐구가 하부에 힌지 결합되고 중공 원통형으로 이루어지는 지지체, 상기 지지체와 평행하게 배치되어 안내수단에 의해 상하 이동은 가능하되 측면 이동 및 회동은 제한되는 상하 유동 바, 상기 지지체의 외측에 설치되되 상기 지지체를 중심으로 회동가능하게 설치되는 회동 바, 일측은 상기 상하 유동 바의 상단부에 힌지 결합되고, 타측은 상기 회동 바의 일측 하면에 힌지 결합되며, 길이조절수단이 구비되어 길이가 변화되는 연결 바, 상기 지지체 상부의 상기 상하 유동 바 반대측에 설치되어 상기 회동 바의 회동을 제한하는 제한수단을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
