CONCRETE GROOVING SURFACE STRENGTHENING METHOD USING SURFACE REINFORCING AGENT COMPRISING HYDROSOL
The present invention provides a construction method to enhance a concrete grooving surface using a surface enhancer using hydrosol, capable of delaying and absorbing a cement reaction while maintaining a moderately humid state on an uneven surface formed by grinding. According to the present invention, the construction method to enhance the concrete grooving surface comprises: a step of wet or dry-grooving or grinding; a step of spraying an environmentally friendly surface action delay unit; a step of spraying lithium silicate; and a step of curing.
본 발명은 그라인딩에 의하여 형성된 요철면에 적당한 습윤상태를 유지하며 시멘트 반응을 지연시키며 흡수시킬 수 있는 하이드로졸을 사용한 표면 강화제를 이용한 콘크리트 그루빙 표면 강화 시공방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 발명이다. 본 발명에 따르는 하이드로졸을 사용한 표면 강화제를 이용한 콘크리트 그루빙 표면 강화 시공방법은, 습식 또는 건식 그루빙 또는 그라인딩 단계; 친환경 계면활성 반응 지연제를 살포하는 단계; 리튬 실리케이트를 살포하는 단계; 및 양생단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
