METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING PRECAST FLOOR PLATE WITH EXPANSION JOINT
The present invention relates to a method to construct a precast floor panel including an expansion joint. The present invention comprises: a step of forming a space by mutually separating or cutting each side of a preinstalled floor panel to an upper surface of a girder without forming an installation space in a part of a concrete floor; a step of inserting a pocket, included in an expansion joint precast floor panel, into a vertical front connection member formed in the girder when placing the expansion joint precast floor panel integrated with the expansion joint on the upper surface of the girder using a salvage device; and a step of completing installation by placing a small amount of non-shrinking mortar between the expansion joint precast floor panel, the preinstalled floor panel, and the pocket while removing the salvage device. As such, the present invention is capable of preventing damage to a structure, noise and dust, and increase in carbon dioxide caused by a construction site of the expansion joint and concrete-breaking for the formation of the installation space on the preinstalled space; reducing costs and time for construction by reducing expansion joint construction processes by salvaging the expansion joint precast floor panel only once for installation; and minimizing civil complaints due to traffic congestion.
본 발명은 신축 이음이 설치되는 단부 프리캐스트 바닥판 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 신축 이음 설치 시 바닥판 콘크리트 일부에 설치공간을 미형성하고, 기설치된 바닥판의 각각의 일측을 거더 상면까지 측면에서 절단하거나 상호 이격시켜 공간을 형성한 다음, 신축이음이 일체로 형성된 신축 이음 프리캐스트 바닥판을 인양 장치를 이용하여 한번 인양으로 거더 상면에 안착시킬 시 거더에 형성된 수직 전단 연결재에 신축 이음 프리캐스트 바닥판에 구비된 포켓을 삽입한 후 인양 장치를 제거와 함께 포켓 및 기설치된 바닥판과 신축 이음 프리캐스트 바닥판 사이 일부에 소량의 무수축 몰탈을 타설하여 설치를 완료함으로써 신축 이음 설치 시 기설치된 바닥판에 설치공간 형성을 위한 콘크리트 깨기와 신축 이음의 현장 시공에 따라 발생하는 탄소발생량 증가와 소음 분진 및 구조물의 손상을 방지하고, 신축이음이 일체화 형성된 신축 이음 프리캐스트 바닥판을 한번에 인양하여 설치함으로써 신축 이음 현장 시공 공정을 단축시켜 시공 시간 및 시공 비용을 절감하도록 하며 교통 정체에 대한 민원 발생을 최소화시키는 신축 이음를 구비한 프리캐스트 바닥판 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
