본 발명은 발포 폴리스티렌계 내장재, 특히 비드법으로 제조된 발포 폴리스티렌계 사각형 내장재를 조립 시공하기 위하여 소위 캐링 채널(carrying channel)로 제조된 서포트바를 교차하도록(특히 격자형을 이루도록) 구성하고, 서포트바에 의하여 형성되는 안착부에 내장재를 조립하며, 그 위에 열원체를 배열하여 건식 바닥 난방이 가능하도록 하며, 내장재에 의한 열손실을 줄여 연료절감을 가능하게 하며, 추가로 내장재에 의한 낮은 수위의 충격 흡수 및 층간소음(경충격 및 경소음) 방지 구현과 함께 내장재와 바닥 사이에 충진된 입자형 흡음재(모래 등)를 통한 높은 수위의 충격 흡수 및 층간소음(중충격 및 중소음 방지 구현이 이루어지도록 하고, 나아가 열원체 위에 신규한 히트파이프를 배열하여 연료절감 효과의 극대화를 구현하도록 한 건식 바닥 난방시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 층간소음방지 및 연료절감을 위한 건식 바닥 난방시스템은 복수의 안착부를 이루도록 상호 교차하는 복수의 서포트바; 상기 서포트바의 하부에 배열되어 서포트바를 바닥에서 이격시키는 페데스탈; 상기 서포트바의 각 안착부에 배열되고 삽착부를 갖는 복수의 내장재; 및 상기 내장재의 삽착부에 배열되는 열원체;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
The present invention relates to an assembling type heat source pipe and a wet/dry type floor cooling and heating system using the same. More specifically, the present invention provides the assembling type heat source pipe, which comprises an outer pipe including an containing part in which an inner pipe, such as an ordinary hot water PVC pipe, is embedded, and a heat storage body adjacent to the containing part, for conveniently constructing a wet or dry type floor cooling and heating system. Furthermore, a construction period of the wet or dry type floor cooling and heating system may be reduced, heat insulation properties may be secured, and a problem of noise between floors of an apartment may be resolved by further constructing a supporting body including an installation groove for the assembling type heat source pipe, particularly a foamed polystyrene-based supporting body, more particularly a foamed polystyrene-based rectangular supporting body manufactured by a bead method. The assembling type heat source pipe in accordance with the present invention, comprises: the inner pipe; the containing part for the inner pipe; and the outer pipe including the heat storage body arranged adjacent to the containing part.
