Illuminate device for electric cable manhole cover
The present invention relates to a cover illumination device of an underground low voltage junction box. The cover illumination device of the present invention comprises: an LED module (40) fixed to a cover (110) of the underground low voltage junction box (100); a character or drawing display window (50) which is fixed to the cover of the underground low voltage junction box, and is illuminated by receiving a light of an LED (43) while being located above the LED module (43); a first holder (10) and a second holder (20) which are linked by being inserted with an electric cable penetrating the underground low voltage junction box, and has an iron core fixed therein, and are symmetrical; bolts (17, 27) and nuts (18, 28) which are assembled with a protrusion (12) of the first holder (10) and a protrusion (22) of the second holder (20) so that the first holder (10) and the second holder (20) are in contact with each other in order for iron cores (15, 25) to have face contact, so the first holder (10) and the second holder (20) are integrated as one body; a constant voltage maintaining and timer circuit board (30); and electric wires (16, 26, 31, 32) which connect the first holder (10) and the second holder (20) to the constant voltage maintaining and timer circuit board (30), and connect the constant voltage maintaining and timer circuit board (30) to the LED module (40). According to the present invention, the cover illumination device can be used semi-permanently by using a dormant current of the electric cable when electricity flows in the electric cable, without using a battery or a solar cell, and thus has excellent economic feasibility and does not need regular maintenance.
본 발명은 지중저압접속함의 뚜껑 조명장치에 관한 것으로, 지중저압접속함(100)의 뚜껑(110)에 고정되는 엘이디 모듈(40)과, 지중저압접속함의 뚜껑에 고정되며 엘이디 모듈(40)의 위쪽에 위치한 채 엘이디(43)의 빛을 받아 조명이 되도록 하는 문자 또는 도안표시 창(50)과, 지중저압접속함을 관통하는 전기 케이블을 끼워 물리며 안쪽에 철심이 고정된 대칭형의 제 1 홀더(10) 및 제 2 홀더(20)와, 제 1 홀더(10)와 제 2 홀더(20)가 맞닿아서 철심(15)(25)끼리 면 접촉을 할 수 있도록 제 1 홀더(10)의 돌출 턱(12)과 제 2 홀더(20)의 돌출 턱(22)에 조립되어 제 1 홀더(10)와 제 2 홀더(20)가 한 몸을 이루도록 하는 볼트(17)(27) 및 너트(18)(28)와, 정전압 유지 및 타이머 회로기판(30)과, 제 1 홀더(10) 및 제 2 홀더(20)를 정전압 유지 및 타이머 회로기판(30)에 연결하며 정전압 유지 및 타이머 회로기판(30)과 엘이디 모듈(40)을 연결하는 전선(16, 26, 31, 32)으로 이루어진다. 이러한 본 발명은 배터리나 태양전지를 사용하지 않고 전기케이블에 전기만 흐르면 전기 케이블의 휴면전류를 이용하여 반영구적으로 사용할 수가 있어 경제성이 특히 우수하고 지중저압접속함이 침수가 되어도 고장이 발생되지 않으며 정기적인 유지보수도 불필요한 유리한 효과가 있다.
