The invention relates to an antitheft cable manhole cover. The antitheft cable manhole cover comprises a cylindrical base, an inner cover, an outer cover and a combination lock, wherein the combination lock comprises a cipher disk, a lock cylinder rod and an opening shaft; a turnup is arranged at a lower cylinder opening of the cylindrical base; the inner cover covers the lower cylinder opening of the cylindrical base, and is fixedly connected with the cylindrical base through a plurality of bolts; the outer cover covers an upper cylinder opening of the cylindrical base; the lower surface of the outer cover adopts an arc-shaped surface protruding outwards; the cipher disk is mounted inside the outer cover; the outer cover is connected with the inner cover through the lock cylinder rod; the cipher disk is connected with the lock cylinder rod through the opening shaft. With adoption of the technical scheme, the antitheft cable manhole cover disclosed by the invention can prevent the cable manhole cover from being stolen.
