Mat for reducing noise between floors and floor construction method using the same
The present invention provides a mat to prevent noise between floors which is able to efficiently absorb impact noise and air transmission noise, and requires low manufacturing costs. According to the present invention, the mat to prevent noise between floors comprises: an air layer containing plate formed in a shape of an egg box or a honeycomb plate to obtain an air layer; and a partition separating the air layer of the air layer containing plate from the outside to be connected to cover an upper surface and bottom of the air layer containing plate. According to the present invention, a floor construction method to prevent noise between floors comprises: a first step of mounting the mat to prevent noise between the floors on a slab of a building; a second step of mounting a mesh onto the mat to prevent noise between the floors; a third step of constructing a boiler pipe on the mesh; and a fourth step of placing mortar such that a boiler pipe is embedded.
본 발명에 의한 층간소음방지용 매트는, 공기층이 확보될 수 있도록 계란판 형상 또는 벌집판 형상으로 형성되는 공기층 함유판과, 상기 공기층 함유판의 상면과 저면을 덮도록 결합되어 상기 공기층 함유판의 공기층을 외부와 격리시키는 격판을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의한 층간소음방지용 바닥시공방법은, 건축물의 바닥판 상에 층간소음방지용 매트를 안착시키는 제1 단계와, 상기 층간소음방지용 매트 상에 금속망을 안착시키는 제2 단계와, 상기 금속망 상에 보일러배관을 시공하는 제3 단계와, 상기 보일러배관이 묻히도록 모르타르를 타설하는 제4 단계를 포함한다.
