Valve opening and closing method the louver-type soundproofing panels
The present invention relates to a valve opening and closing type louver-formed soundproof plate. An existing soundproof pad of a soundproof wall has problems of rising production costs of manufacturing each of the soundproof pads and restricting the installation of the soundproof pad having same elasticity as different hardness controlling the elasticity of the soundproof pad is applied in a place in which the soundproof pad is installed. Also, there are problems in which the upper part of the soundproof pad cannot be bent due to wind pressure by a frictional force coming into contact with the inner surface of the soundproof plate and in which the soundproof pad is not open by being pressed not to be bent by sagging when the soundproof plate is extended lengthwise. According to the present invention, the valve opening and closing type louver-formed soundproof plate reduces wind load by forming a valve naturally opened and closed due to the wind pressure between louver slits of an upper floor and a lower floor and freely rotating the valve in both direction. The valve opening and closing type louver-formed soundproof plate perfectly blocks noise using the valve normally used when there is no wind and a gasket installed in the upper part and the lower part of the valve. The upper gasket comprises a soft unit and a hard unit, and the hard unit is tightly fixed to the upper part. The soft unit maintains a state of being attached without interference to rotation of the valve. The valve is easily installed by being always located at the center as a hinge ring rotating the valve is connected by a point in initial installation. The valve opening and closing type louver-formed soundproof plate has a support to prevent deflection when the louver slit is extended lengthwise.
본 발명은 판막개폐식 루버형 방음판에 관한 것으로써, 종래의 방음벽의 차음패드는 설치되는 장소인 경우 차음패드의 탄성력을 조절하는 경도가 다르게 적용해야 함으로써 동일한 탄성력을 갖는 차음패드를 설치하는데 제한이 따르는 문제점과 더불어 각각의 차음패드를 제조하는 생산비용이 상승하는 문제점이 있고, 차음패드의 상부가 방음판 내면과 접촉된 마찰력에 의해 풍압에 휘어지지 못하는 문제점이 있었으며, 그리고 방음판이 길게 연장설치된 경우 처짐이 발생하여 차음패드가 휘어지지 못하도록 눌려져 개방되지 않는 문제점이 있었던 바, 본 발명은 방음판을 구성하는 상,하부층 루버슬릿 사이 중앙에 풍압에 의해 자연히 개폐되는 판막을 형성하여 양방향으로 자유롭게 회동시켜 풍하중을 저감하고, 바람이 없는 평상시에는 판막과 더불어 판만 상,하부에 설치되는 가스켓이 소음을 보다 완벽하게 차단하며, 상부 가스켓을 연성부와 경성부로 구성하여, 상부를 경성부로 견고하게 고정하고 연성부는 판만의 회동에 간섭없이 밀착된 상태를 유지하며, 판막을 회동시키는 힌지고리를 점연결되도록 하여 최초 설치시 판막이 항상 정중앙에 위치하도록 하여 설치를 용이하게 하며, 루버슬릿의 길게 연장된 경우 처짐을 방지하도록 서포트를 설치한 판막개폐식 루버형 방음판을 제공하는 것이다.
