Soundproofing block for closing the opening
The present invention relates to a soundproof block for closing an opening that blocks noises and dust, which are generated in a process of disassembling the inside of a lower layer, to be transmitted to the outside through the opening when a gang form is disassembled, wherein the soundproof block is formed in a unit block to be stacked and assembled, and is connected to each other in line with the size of the opening to block the transmission of the noises by an inner air gap. The soundproof block includes a soundproof body (10) made of transparent or translucent synthetic resin to form a soundproof space having the inner air gap providing a lighting effect and a see-through effect of the opening; a rail engaging shoulder protruding from both sides of a top surface of the soundproof body in a longitudinal direction; a rail engaging groove formed on both sides of the bottom surface of the soundproof body, into which the rail engaging shoulder is fitted to stack the soundproof bodies; and a triangular block (60) formed by cutting a soundproof block (1) in such a way that front and rear sides of the soundproof block are inclined, the soundproof block being formed by stacking the soundproof body (10) having a soundproof groove with a soundproof concave space which is formed inside by concaving the center of the soundproof body in the longitudinal direction to divide and close upper and lower sides of the soundproof body. Both ends of four triangular blocks are attached to form a cube closing the opening.
본 발명은 개구부 차폐용 갱폼 방음블록에 관한 것으로서, 갱폼을 해체하는 과정에서 하부층 내부 해체작업으로 발생하는 소음 및 분진이 개구부(오프닝)를 통해 외부로 전달되는 소음 및 분진을 차단하되, 그 방음블록을 적층조립 가능한 단위블록으로 형성하여 개구부 크기에 맞춰 연결하고, 내부 공기층 의해 소음의 전달을 차단하며, 재질을 투명 또는 반투명한 합성수지로 형성하여 채광효과와 더불어 개구부 내부를 투시할 수 있도록 내부에 공기층으로 소음을 차단하도록 방음공간이 형성된 방음본체와, 상기 방음본체의 상면 양측에 길이방향으로 돌출형성된 레일결합턱과, 상기 방음본체 하면 양측에 형성되어 상기 레일결합턱이 삽입되어 복수의 방음본체를 적층시키는 레일결합홈과, 상기 방음본체를 상측과 하측으로 분할 폐쇄하도록 방음본체의 중앙 양측 길이방향으로 오목하게 형성시켜 내부에 오목방음공간이 형성되는 방음홈으로 구성된 상기 방음본체(10)를 적층시켜 완성된 방음블록(1)의 전,후방을 경사지게 절단한 경사절단부(13)를 형성시켜 삼각형상블록(60)으로 구성되고, 이렇게 이루어진 4개의 삼각면체의 양단부를 부착시켜 개구부를 차폐하는 사각면체를 이루게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 개구부 차폐용 갱폼 방음블록을 제공하는 것이다.

The present invention relates to a soundproof block for closing an opening that blocks noises and dust, which are generated in a process of disassembling the inside of a lower layer, to be transmitted to the outside through the opening when a gang form is disassembled, wherein the soundproof block is formed in a unit block to be stacked and assembled, and is connected to each other in line with the size of the opening to block the transmission of the noises by an inner air gap. The soundproof block includes a soundproof body (10) made of transparent or translucent synthetic resin to form a soundproof space having the inner air gap providing a lighting effect and a see-through effect of the opening; a rail engaging shoulder protruding from both sides of a top surface of the soundproof body in a longitudinal direction; a rail engaging groove formed on both sides of the bottom surface of the soundproof body, into which the rail engaging shoulder is fitted to stack the soundproof bodies; and a triangular block (60) formed by cutting a soundproof block (1) in such a way that front and rear sides of the soundproof block are inclined, the soundproof block being formed by stacking the soundproof body (10) having a soundproof groove with a soundproof concave space which is formed inside by concaving the center of the soundproof body in the longitudinal direction to divide and close upper and lower sides of the soundproof body. Both ends of four triangular blocks are attached to form a cube closing the opening.
본 발명은 개구부 차폐용 갱폼 방음블록에 관한 것으로서, 갱폼을 해체하는 과정에서 하부층 내부 해체작업으로 발생하는 소음 및 분진이 개구부(오프닝)를 통해 외부로 전달되는 소음 및 분진을 차단하되, 그 방음블록을 적층조립 가능한 단위블록으로 형성하여 개구부 크기에 맞춰 연결하고, 내부 공기층 의해 소음의 전달을 차단하며, 재질을 투명 또는 반투명한 합성수지로 형성하여 채광효과와 더불어 개구부 내부를 투시할 수 있도록 내부에 공기층으로 소음을 차단하도록 방음공간이 형성된 방음본체와, 상기 방음본체의 상면 양측에 길이방향으로 돌출형성된 레일결합턱과, 상기 방음본체 하면 양측에 형성되어 상기 레일결합턱이 삽입되어 복수의 방음본체를 적층시키는 레일결합홈과, 상기 방음본체를 상측과 하측으로 분할 폐쇄하도록 방음본체의 중앙 양측 길이방향으로 오목하게 형성시켜 내부에 오목방음공간이 형성되는 방음홈으로 구성된 상기 방음본체(10)를 적층시켜 완성된 방음블록(1)의 전,후방을 경사지게 절단한 경사절단부(13)를 형성시켜 삼각형상블록(60)으로 구성되고, 이렇게 이루어진 4개의 삼각면체의 양단부를 부착시켜 개구부를 차폐하는 사각면체를 이루게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 개구부 차폐용 갱폼 방음블록을 제공하는 것이다.
