Electromagnetic wave shield enclosure of MRI room with sound proof door
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic wave shielding and soundproofing door device for an MRI room, which shields an electromagnetic wave and insulates sound at the same time by having an additional soundproof gasket. According to the present invention, the electromagnetic wave shielding and soundproofing door device for an MRI room includes: a fixing door frame (100) having a finger gasket installation groove (110) accommodating an electromagnetic wave shielding finger gasket (15), a threshold (120), a door wall guide groove (130), and a soundproof gasket (300)-detached sound proofing gasket groove (115); a shielding door (200) connected to the fixing door frame (100) to be open and closed by a hinge (21); and the soundproof gasket (300). The shielding door (200) has: a shielding door knife (210) inserted and connected into the finger gasket installation groove (110) to shield the shielding door (200) when the shielding door (200) is closed; a knife frame (22) comprising a longitudinal frame body of an electromagnetic wave conducting material and supported by a connection bar (212) in order for the shielding door knife (210) to protrude; and a door wall (230) fixed to the knife frame (220) and performing a soundproof function and a shielding function. The soundproof gasket (300) has: a dual soundproof integration type L-shaped fixing plate (310) having an L-shaped cross section fixed to the threshold (120) of the fixing door frame (100) and the door wall guide groove (130); a tension bar (320, 330) individually bent at an acute angle to face each other on both ends of the L-shaped fixing plate (310) and performing dual soundproofing by slide contact with the knife frame (220) and pushing the knife frame (220), wherein the center of the tension bar is separated as a slit (340); and an insertion hook (314) protruding from the L-shaped fixing plate (310) to be fixed to the soundproofing gasket groove (115) to be detached.
본 발명은 전자파차폐 핑거가스켓(15)을 수용하는 핑거가스켓용설치홈(110)과, 도어턱(120)과, 도어벽안내홈(130)과 방음가스켓(300) 탈착형 방음가스켓홈(115)을 가지는 고정도어프레임(100); 핑거가스켓용설치홈(110)에 차폐도어(200) 닫힘시 차폐 가능토록 끼움결합하는 차폐도어나이프(210)와, 차폐도어나이프(210)를 돌출 가능토록 연결바(212)로 지지하며 전자파 전도재질의 길이형 틀체로 이루어진 나이프프레임(220)과, 나이프프레임(220)에 고정되어 차음 및 차폐 기능을 하는 도어벽체(230)를 가지며 고정도어프레임(100)과 힌지(21)로 개폐 가능토록 결합되는 차폐도어(200); 및 고정도어프레임(100)의 도어턱(120)과 도어벽안내홈(130)에 고정되는 단면이 기역자형을 한 이중방음 일체형 기역자형고정판(310)과, 기역자형고정판(310) 양단에서 서로 마주보도록 예각으로 각각 절곡되고 중앙은 슬릿공(340)으로 분리되며 나이프프레임 (220)과 눌림 및 슬라이드 접촉 기능으로 이중방음을 수행하는 텐션바(320,330)와, 상기 방음가스켓홈(115)에 탈착형으로 고정되도록 기역자형고정판(310)에서 돌출된 끼움후크(314)를 가지는 방음가스켓(300)을 포함하는 엠알아이룸의 전자파차폐 및 방음 도어장치이다

The present invention relates to an electromagnetic wave shielding and soundproofing door device for an MRI room, which shields an electromagnetic wave and insulates sound at the same time by having an additional soundproof gasket.
