The present invention relates to a loess composition that is applied to flooring materials, construction materials, road pavements, or blocks. The present invention is manufactured to include loess, recycled aggregate, sand, recycled aggregate fine powder, inorganic binder, mixed additive, water, water-soluble resin, aggregate filler, aggregate additive, aggregate reinforcement, powder additive, reinforcement, waste additive, shell powder, waterproofing liquid, wood fiber, fiber material, fiber reinforcement, vegetable natural fiber yarn, titanium sol, charcoal, and admixture. The loess ready-mixed concrete composition according to the present invention is effective in cement toxicity removal, far-infrared radiation emission, prevention of aging of the human body, promotion of metabolism, chronic fatigue reduction, etc. The recycled aggregate obtained from waste asphalt or waste concrete is applied to the present invention along with the additives for resource recycling and natural additives such as the vegetable additive, and thus the present invention is eco-friendly, is economical, is excellent in strength, durability, cracking resistance, tensile resistance, and chemical resistance, and is excellent in far-infrared radiation emission performance, deodorization, etc.
