ECO-FRIENDLY CEMENT CONCRETE COMPOSITION FOR READY-MIXED CONCRETE
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly cement concrete composition for ready-mixed concrete, which comprises 3-40 wt% of a performance-improving binder, 10-75 wt% of fine aggregates, 10-70 wt% of coarse aggregates and 1-25 wt% of water. The performance-improving binder includes 26-80 wt% of blast-furnace slag cement, 1-30 wt% of fly ash, 1-20 wt% of vermiculite, 0.1-20 wt% of desulfurized gypsum, 0.01-20 wt% of metacaoline, 0.01-10 wt% of cyclohexylamine nitrite, 0.01-5 wt% of calcium silicate and 0.01-5 wt% of a water-reducing agent. According to the present invention, the composition is useful in view of recycling of industrial byproducts, and a pozzolan admixture and a special admixture having properties of a latent hydraulic activity and a pozzolan reaction are used to improve durability such as long-term strength expression, corrosion resistance, chloride infiltration resistance, freezing and thawing resistance, inhibition of alkali-aggregate reaction and the like, thereby extending service life of a concrete structure.
본 발명은 레디믹스트 콘크리트용 친환경 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 레디믹스트 콘크리트용 친환경 시멘트 콘크리트 조성물은 성능개선 결합재 3~40중량%, 잔골재 10~75중량%, 굵은골재 10~70중량% 및 물 1~25중량%을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 성능개선 결합재는 고로슬래그 시멘트 26∼80중량%, 플라이애시 1~30 중량%, 질석 1~20중량%, 탈황석고 0.1~20 중량%, 메타카올린 0.01~20중량%, 시클로헥실아민아질산염 0.01~10중량%, 규산칼슘 0.01~5 중량% 및 감수제 0.01~5중량%을 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 발명에 의하면, 산업 부산물의 재활용 측면에서 유용하며, 잠재수경성 및 포졸란 반응 특성을 가지는 포졸란 혼화재 및 특수 혼화제를 사용함으로써 장기 강도 발현, 내식성, 염화물 침투 저항성, 동결융해저항성, 알칼리-골재반응 억제 등의 내구성이 개선됨으로 콘크리트 구조물의 내구수명을 연장할 수 있다.
