BUTTON TYPE MIXING CARTRIDGE AND WATER VALVE HAVING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a button type mixture cartridge, capable of remarkably improving convenience of a user in comparison with a common lever method, and a water valve including the same. According to the present invention, the button type mixture cartridge includes: a housing; a latch pin wherein one end is installed in the housing to be exposed from the housing and a bypass hole is formed on a side wall; a flow rate control screw fixed to the outer side of a radial direction of the latch pin in the housing and controlling a flow rate while the bypass hole is open and closed based on a motion of the latch pin; and a piston having a pressure chamber in a space between the piston and the flow rate control screw and operating by being connected to the latch pin. When the latch pin is pressed, the piston operates to shield the pressure chamber. Also, the bypass hole is open.
본 발명은 버튼형 혼합 카트리지 및 그를 구비하는 수도밸브에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 버튼형 혼합 카트리지는 하우징; 일단부가 상기 하우징으로부터 노출되게 상기 하우징 내에 배치되며, 측벽에 바이패스 홀이 형성되는 래치 핀; 상기 하우징 내에서 상기 래치 핀의 반경 방향 외측에 고정되며, 상기 래치 핀의 동작에 기초하여 상기 바이패스 홀이 개폐되면서 유량이 조절되도록 하는 유량조절나사; 및 상기 유량조절나사와의 사이에 압력실을 형성하되 상기 래치 핀과 연결되어 동작되는 피스톤을 포함하며, 상기 래치 핀의 가압 시 상기 피스톤이 상기 압력실을 차폐하는 방향으로 동작되고 상기 바이패스 홀은 개방되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a button type mixture cartridge, capable of remarkably improving convenience of a user in comparison with a common lever method, and a water valve including the same.
