CARTRIDGE OF BUTTON-TYPE MIXING FAUCET HAVING WATER HAMMERING PREVENTION FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a cartridge of a button-type mixing faucet. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cartridge of a button-type mixing faucet having water hammering prevention function, which is able to improve the precision of water supply operation through structural improvement, and address the water hammering phenomenon caused by rapid fluid motion when controlling water supply. According to the present invention, the cartridge of the button-type mixing faucet comprises: a flow path conversion unit installed in a faucet main body of the mixing faucet, and changing the supply pattern of cold water and hot water, which is respectively supplied into the faucet main body; a water supply control unit engaged with an upper side of the flow path conversion unit, and assembled with an operation knob of the mixing faucet, and controlling not only the flow path opening/closing operation in the flow path conversion unit in accordance with a user operation of the operation knob but also the supply volume of cold water and hot water; and a water hammering prevention unit placed in the flow path conversion unit and suppressing a rapid change in the flow speed when the flow path is opened/closed by the water supply control unit.
본 발명은 버튼형 혼합수전 카트리지에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 구조개선을 통한 급수동작의 정밀도 향상에 더해 급수제어시의 급격한 유체운동에 기인한 수격현상을 해소할 수 있도록 한 수격 방지기능을 구비한 버튼형 혼합수전 카트리지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 혼합수전의 수전본체 내부에 장치되고, 복수의 배관을 통해 상기 수전본체 내로 개별공급되는 냉·온수의 급수패턴을 바꾸는 유로전환유니트; 상기 유로전환유니트 상측에 결합되고 상기 혼합수전의 조작노브에 조립되며, 상기 조작노브의 사용자 조작에 따른 상기 유로전환유니트 내 유로 개폐동작은 물론 냉·온수의 급수량을 조절하는 급수제어유니트; 및, 상기 유로전환유니트 내부에 구비되고, 상기 급수제어유니트에 의한 유로 개폐시의 유속 급변화를 억제하는 수격방지구;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
