The present invention relates to a hinge for a folding door. A first frame having a first coupling gear is connected to a second frame having a second coupling gear by a gear connection method. A first groove having a semicircular groove of a ring shape is formed on a first axial circumference formed on the upper surface of the first frame. A second groove having the semicircular groove of the ring shape is formed on a second axial circumference formed on the upper surface of the second frame. A first stopper and a second stopper are formed in a first groove and a second groove. A half bow of the outer circumference of a first spring and a second spring is embedded in the first groove and the second groove. A joint bar has the first groove and the first stopper on one side of a plate shape having a first hole and a second hole, a third groove and a third stopper symmetrical to and corresponding to the second groove and the second stopper, and a fourth groove and a fourth stopper. The joint bar is connected to a first shaft and a second shaft formed in the first frame and the second frame. The first door and the second door, which are folded, can be spread at the angle of 180 degrees by elasticity of the first spring and the second spring.
본 발명은 폴딩도어용 힌지에 관한 것으로, 제1 체결기어가 형성된 제1 프레임 및 제2 체결기어가 형성된 제2 프레임을 기어결합 방식으로 연결하고, 제1 프레임 상부면에 형성된 제1 축 둘레에 반원형 홈이 링 형상으로 형성된 제1 홈을 형성시키고, 제2 프레임 상부면에 형성된 제2 축 둘레에 반원형 홈이 링 형상으로 형성된 제2 홈을 형성시키고, 제1 홈 및 제2 홈에는 제1 스탑퍼 및 제2 스탑퍼를 형성시키고, 제1 홈 및 제2 홈에 제1 스프링 및 제2 스프링의 외주의 반절이 내재되도록 배치하고, 제1 홀 및 제2 홀이 형성된 플레이트 형상의 일면에 제1 홈, 제1 스탑퍼, 제2 홈 및 제2 스탑퍼와 대칭 및 대응되는 제3 홈, 제3 스탑퍼, 제4 홈 및 제4 스탑퍼가 형성된 이음바를 제1 프레임 및 제2 프레임에 형성된 제1 축 및 제2 축에 결합시켜 구성되어, 절첩된 제1 도어 및 제2 도어를 제1 및 제2 스프링의 탄성력으로 180° 펼쳐지게 하는 폴딩도어용 힌지에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a hinge for a folding door. A first frame having a first coupling gear is connected to a second frame having a second coupling gear by a gear connection method. A second groove having the semicircular groove of the ring shape is formed on a second axial circumference formed on the upper surface of the second frame.
