The present invention relates to a three-PAC (3PAC) lining panel water tank easy to check water leaks. According to the present invention, the water tank comprises: a 3PAC lining panel manufactured by mixing a high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin and a polypropylene resin at a predetermined ratio, and which includes an air layer formed inside by partition panels, a first panel having an insertion part and a connection part on one side and the other side in order to connect a plurality of 3PAC lining panels with each other, and a second panel stacked on the outer surface of the first panel, and formed by mixing the HDPE resin, a linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) resin, and ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) at a predetermined ratio; a reinforcement plate having a panel coupling part made of the same material as that of the second panel and bonded on the surface of the second panel, and a water leak checking part integrally formed with the panel coupling part, made of the same material as that of an inner panel, and formed by a predetermined space between the 3PAC lining panel and a resin panel in order to check a position causing condensate while being bonded to the inner panel by welding to combine the 3PAC lining panel and the resin panel; and the resin panel including the inner panel coupled with only the resin coupling part to be connected to the 3PAC lining panel, and an outer panel integrally formed in the rear part of the rear panel and forming an inner wall surface of the water tank. According to the present invention, when the water leak occurs, the condensate is drained through the bottom part of the water leak checking part while moving through only the water leak checking part.
본 발명은 누수 확인이 용이한 3PAC 라이닝 패널 물탱크에 관한 것으로, HDPE(High Density Polyethylene)수지 와 PP(polypropylene)수지가 일정 비율로 혼합되어 제조되며, 내부에 분할패널들에 의해 형성되는 공기층과, 복수의 3PAC 라이닝 패널들이 서로 연결될 수 있도록 일측 및 타측으로 각각 삽입부 및 연결부가 형성된 제1패널과, 상기 제1패널의 외면에 적층 구성되며, HDPE수지와, LLDPE(linear low density polyethylene)수지 및 EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate)가 일정 비율로 혼합 구성되는 제2패널로 구성되는 3PAC 라이닝 패널; 상기 제2패널과 동일한 재질로 이루어지며, 이 제2패널의 표면에 접착되는 패널 접합부와, 상기 패널 접합부와 일체로 구성되고, 내부패널과 동일한 재질로 구성되며, 상기 내부패널과 열융착에 의해 접합되어 3PAC라이닝 패널과 수지패널을 결합하면서 결로수가 발생된 위치를 파악할 수 있도록 3PAC라이닝 패널과 수지패널 사이에 소정의 공간으로 이루어진 누수 확인부를 형성하는 보강 플레이트; 및 상기 수지 접합부에만 접합되어 상기 3PAC라이닝 패널과 연결되는 내부패널과, 상기 내부패널의 후방에 일체로 구성되며, 물탱크의 내벽면을 이루는 외부패널로 구성된 수지패널을 포함하고, 누수 발생시, 결로수가 상기 누수 확인부를 통해서만 이동하면서 이 누수 확인부의 하측 단부를 통해 유출되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
